The employees are trained to low ball the customer. I was brought in my gold necklace earlier this week and was offered $6 a gram for gold. This is way too LOW, everywhere else was offering between 15 to 17. I was also approached by a teen who appeared to work there looking to sell me a stolen phone. Cash-n-a-flash needs to clean up its image. The people in charge look and act like thugs while the employee is scheming on the side. I felt very uncomfortable while inside not just because of the laughable offer but by the overall ambiance. A licenced pawnbroker should not be low balling customers this bad when it comes to a generic product such as scrap gold. I will not return.

This place sells junk. Got a snow blower they started it update a couple times to let you know it works and went home and was gone a half hour and the thing stop working. This place is a rip off. Didnt put my money back on card told me in store credit who wants more junk. STAY AWAY from this place. All I wanted them to do is fix it or give me another one but all they did was answer the phone and not deal with the customers the so I basically lost $265 dollars. (I would like to thank the owner for taking care of the problem by giving me a different snow blower.)

When I read the other review I was a bit skeptical, but when I went down I was very pleasantly surprised. I felt that the staff was well informed and professional. The review I read seemed to be heinous and frankly B.S. Whoever left the first review seemed to be intentionally sabotaging this store. The laptop I bought worked extremely well and they even gave me a 30 day warranty! What more could I ask for? I also saw them buying some items while I was in the store and they seemed to treat their customers fair and everybody left the store happy, especially me!

Horrible customer service. They tried to low ball me when I brought in my 16GB iPad mini with retina display along with a wireless bluetooth key board and was offered $60 for the whole package. When I asked why such a low offer I was told "because thats all I can offer you, take it or leave it." I left it needless to say and sold it on craigslist later that day for $250. Wont be returning back!

Went to buy a PS3 controller. Got one for $15 and was extremely happy. Went home to test it out and it turns out the controller didnt even work. Analog sticks, buttons, etc. Were unresponsive. The only thing that worked was the PS button. That was it. Beware buying from there; they obviously dont test out their hardware and that makes me skeptical about their software as well

This store offered a clean comfortable experience and also had a wide array of high quality used items and at really good prices. I was also really impressed with how polite and professional the staff was. They were really willing to work with me! Cant stop coming back for there great prices. Great helpful staff unlike the rest of the pawn shops in town. I never have felt rushed or ignored here! plus all there items are cleaned very nicely and look Brand New. Only shop I trust in town on not getting ripped off. Thank you for all hard work it shows
