Terrible. I pawned the same drum kit there in the past with no problem. I have since called twice and they told me no problem and to go ahead and bring it over. Especially since I was repeat customer and because it was the same drum kit. I did this twice. Loaded it up, drove it all the way there and then they make excuses like they dont have room after I just got off the phone with them. Thanks for wasting my time and gas driving it there. Dont believe a word they say.

Not impressed, high dollar junk. Desperately needing a tv, selling at retail prices. None under $100, had at least 20 with signs saying does not work, wont turn on. As is no warranty. I checked Walmart right up the street, could purchase brand new TV with warranty, same model for $20 more. Staff was rude, standing there for 10 minutes waiting to pay for 1 video game until they waited another customer that had just walked in, before me. Will never return

Brought in a diamond ring I got from Shane company I paid 1500 dollars for in March of this year and was offered 220 for it Lol!! No thanks assholes I hve a 1500 dollar store credit if I take it back or Ill just keep it before I let u rob me...they brought low balling to all time low smh

Nicole and Angela are AWESOME and the 2 guys that work there are super nice as well. BUT the other white trash women that work there need to lose the attitude. Enough with the side-eye and whispering. Customers can hear you. Its a pawn shop, not an art gallery, so lose the attitude.
