This is the worst pawn shop you could possibly do business with...I purchased my daughter a iPod she was not able to do one single thing with it because it was out dated the charging port was messed up and I tried to return it and at least get half her money they would not even give my child half of her money back...I also put a TV on lay away so when they did this to my daughter I decided I would NEVER do business with them...They told me I couldnt get my money back...They said they would keep 10% of what I paid on it and I would have to use the rest as a in store credit...So I said you guys are going to FORCE ME to do business with your crooked asses or keep my money....The assistant manager ANDREW is by far the rudest,most disrespectful, unprofessional person I have ever came across in my life....I was talking to him on the phone he ever went as far as hanging up on me....I would advice anyone against doing business with this place because they dont deserve your money...Find a place who appreciates their customers.... I have already contacted cooperate about the behavior of the people in this location so now Im waiting for the manager from cooperate to contact me...I will definitely be back to let everyone know how it goes but please you guys do not go to this store so they can steal your money and then have ANDREW treat you like trash!!!!

This place is horrible. The "store manager" is a total jerk and will low ball you on anything goes and everything and then charge outrageous prices. The lady that works there will lose half of the stuff you pawn. This place is a joke and they sell broken stuff.
