Sent packages to Mi from Bowling Green overnight. Cost us $177. and some change. We were off one number on the house address and FedEx never bothered to call the sender (me) or the recipient to make sure of address. Now they want us to pay extra money to send it to our grandkids. Are you kidding. We paid to have it overnighted so they would have it for Christmas!!!! Now we are not only out the overnight charges but they are sending it back to us!!! Thanks FedEx YOU SUCK!!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible for this location. The clerk working the FedEx package drop off counter today(1/25/2016 @ 12:30) refused to take a package I was returning to sender(wrong item sent) that was shipped in its original packaging via FedEx the day before. I merely placed a piece of tape to close it back up and adhered the return, pre-paid, by the shipper, label. All I wanted was a receipt. So instead Im dropping it off to the main distribution.

Lost my package I called 7 days after it was scheduled to arrive and still hadnt. It was showing it was being held at this location so I was going to just drive and pick it up. The guy said he didnt have it here and to call the main FedEx post. Called them they said they was showing out was at this location so they launched an investigation and would notify me soon as it was found. 11 days later and still no word as to where it is.

You get what you pay for, if youre trying to save money on printing try another shop. It would also be wise to come prepared! With that said, all my documents look great.
