MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THE DID NOT EVEN DO RUDIMENTARY PACKING OF MY MOTHERS CHINA THAT I WAS SENDING TO MY SISTER IN CALIFORNIA. PLATES WERE LITERALLY STACKED ON PLATES AND NEARLY 1/2 OF THE ENTIRE SET WAS BROKEN IN PIECES ! IT WAS DEVASTATING AS THEY HAD BRAGGED ABOUT HOW THEY SHIP FRAGILE ITEMS ALL THE TIME. WE HAVE EXTENSIVE PHOTOS AND NO DAMAGE TO OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND ONLY A HANDFUL OF PEANUTS WERE THROWN IN. THE OWNER WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS,HIS NEW BRIDE THE GIRL I HAD WORKED WITH WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS. THEY ARE AS BAD A BUSINESS AS I HAVE USED.

There was only one person working there on a Saturday. The woman employee did as good as she could and was fast because there were two people waiting in line after me. (The box was almost as big as me for the gift that was packed only and not shipped.)

Had an extremely time sensitive document, printed online, Was not ready but Cassandra moved my print job to top of queue, was able to get everything exactly how I needed.
