Not one of my favorite thrift stores. I occasionally find good deals here, but feel most things are overpriced, especially since they dont allow returns of any kind. Id be more ok with their prices if they at least offered store credit for returns. Ive been to Goodwills in other states and they all offer returns as an option in one form or another. Id rate this store 4 stars if they allowed returns, 5 stars if they also lowered their prices. Worth a stop if you are in the area, but dont go out of your way.

One of my favorites among the chain, clean, organized, and nice variety. Very easy to convenient to donate, just drive up, dont have to drive around to the back. What they could inprove - They need to more closely inspect clothing for stains, torn seams. Will not negotiate prices.

I just took items to donate that I no longer needed. The person that was there was so helpful. He brought a rolling cart out to my car and unloaded everything I said goes. Then he asked if I needed a receipt for tax purposes. He made the experience so easy, quick and pleasant.

Lots of merchandise and the clothing is marked by size which is so helpful. The store is fairly clean and organized overall, and the staff are friendly and helpful and prices are good.

Goodwill is now at 4520 NW Urbandale Drive. It moved in the middle of 2008 to the southwest corner of Meredith & Urbandale south of Super Target.
