As a frequent Goodwill consumer, I was not pleased with the pricing of merchandise. A very used pair of Nikes was $14.99 and several brand name sports wear for $15.99. I was disgusted with a USED and WORN leather couch for $99.99. I am concerned that this location isnt for helping those in need but more for how large of a profit can be collected that day. I was told these is a fixed rate for everything except brand name clothing and the manager makes the price for such items. I noticed a significant change in the price of items. Please dont think about profit but those who are in need. I go to Goodwill because I can find decent clothing at a decent price. When I saw most of the pricing, I was in shock. Shopping at Goodwill used to give me hope but lately I have been losing my faith in the organization.

Thisd is my local Goodwill locations. Not only do I shop here frequently but I donate to the store as well. Over the last two years that the store has been here I have had multiple occasions where I left the store either frustrated confused or mad. I purchased a small sofa for my sons college apartment one weekend last fall. When I came to pick it up they were unable to locate it in the back room. Finally I was told that it must have went home with somebody else. The manager, I believe her name was Tina, approached me and quite abrasively began laying blame for my missing sofa on me. Their policy is that paid for items must be picked up within 2 business days.

Decent place, rude customer service from one of the employees. Not only was she (possibly team leader) rude to me, but also to her fellow employees. She made a huge scene about custmers not being able to take home hangers, it was not as big of a deal as she made it out to be. She went on about it and completely embarrassed me and her co-worker. Very inappropriate and definitely NOT "bringing out the best in people." I will not be going again if she is working there.

You cannot judge a store from just one unpleasant visit. You have to realize what Goodwill is trying to accomplish. Sure, there may be moments that this store is not the greatest, but that does not mean that this store is bad in general. I have found the employees to be very friendly and always try to do everything they can in order to make the customers experience very nice. This is a great Goodwill store that is very worth checking out.

Neat, clean, organized although the very thin girl ( hair pulled back) and possibly team leader was VERY UNFRIENDLY and not really into customer service.. if she would have shown more interest in assisting me I would have rated the store higher.

Good clothing selection, housewares, cookwear, pictures. Lots of misc. Toy selection small. Lots of clothing, color sorted, sixes mixed, it would be nicer to have them sorted by size. Easy to find. Variety.
