I have been shopping Goodwill for more than 15 years. Lately the prices have been going up each time I shop.I dont understand why they have such high prices when all of the items are donated. It is November and all the jackets, coats, and hoodies are priced 9.99 and up. People shop goodwill because they can afford department store prices. I saw a 9.99 hoodie that had 2012 baseball tournament printed on it. Why would someone over pay for this? I will not be shopping Orange Goodwill. I would rather go to Beaumont, Nederland or Lake Charles.

Ive visited this store many, many times and my recent experiences have led me to remove this location from my Goodwill haul rounds. The women here think they can charge whatever they feel like to bring up their sales. The prices on items are marked up above NEW retail value on USED DONATIONS! The manager stands over the associates and hounds them like a dog whenever they ring people up. I wont be back, Id rather drive 45 miles to the Sulfur and Lake Charles locations where they dont treat you like crap for being a loyal customer.

I dropped a car full of things off a this location. I instructed the guys not to take a few specific things like my textbook in the front seat. Well, they decided to take it, and I called, and asked if they could maybe look for it because I really really really need it back. She flat out told me no, because she did not want to go out of her way. Last time I ever donate anything to these people.

The store in Orange, TX is WAY overpriced. They are not helping people in need. These things were donated and cost the store nothing. I could buy some of those things brand new and cheaper at Walmart. Plus, they close their store and lock the doors early everytime.

One of the few goodwill stores that is priced properly. $2 board games, $0.99 t-shirts, overall probably my favorite Goodwill in the area.
