This is a great group. I have a family member who told me Enterprise sells cars so that was the only reason for me to consider them at first. I shopped other dealerships as well as direct competitors who claim "no-haggle" and this group distinguished themselves through service. A competitor I dealt with were no-haggle simply because they were going to give me a bad price on my trade-in and they would not budge. Tim, Ryan, and Chad went at KBB value which I saw as more than fair so we didnt have to discuss it further. Tim helped me with the transfer process, it really felt like he made my car his priority. It was spotless, he insisted we take a test drive and check for any issues and followed up on all my questions. Chad and Ryan assisted me with financing, when I wasnt happy with a rate, they got to work for me and found me a better one. They stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of and went at my pace. There was no pressure, they worked with my trade-in, worked with financing, and the whole time I never felt pressured. Im an analyzer, so it takes me time to come to a decision, especially with large investments. Through professionalism and over-the-top customer service this team managed to make this process smooth and comfortable. I dont usually write reviews, but when something as serious as buying a car is handled so well you have no problem letting others know.

I bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales and initially planned wanted to write a review because I thought the other reviews were fake. The rating seemed unrealistically high and it appeared that most reviewers have only written one review. Now Im writing a review because I had a great experience. My wife and I bought a vehicle for a good price without the need to go through lengthy/tiresome negotiations, obtained financing through Premier Credit Union and was able to drive off the lot in the vehicle, and had great customer service after the purchase which was pleasantly surprising. The vehicle came with two keys and one of them was bent. I noticed after I signed the paperwork. Stefon took the key and coordinated with a local locksmith to get it fixed at no charge to me. The vehicles back tires were losing air pressure and I didnt notice until after the 7 day return period option was expired but Stefon coordinated with a nearby auto care store and they replaced the two back tires at no charge to me. The car runs well. Going forward, I probably wont buy a vehicle anywhere else.

Our auto buying experience with Enterprise Car Sales was very positive. We believe this was due to the way Nate Smith and Chad handled the details. They did an excellent job of showing us the car and explaining the details and the paperwork. If it had not been for them we may not have purchased this particular auto. We have delt with many car salesmen over the years but they are far superior to any of the others. I feel the price they gave me for my trade-in was reasonable and fair. We will be looking to trade our other vehicle in the future and will definitely look into Enterprise Car Sales at that time. We have,also, told our friends about the way we were treated. Continue to do the job you are doing. On the negative side. I would like to have gotten Hyundai floor mats rather than the cheap after market small mats. Thanks again for the way we were treated. We recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Enterprise Car Sales in Urbandale, IA. I was blown away at the level of service that Nate Smith, Chad Kurovski, and the rest of the Car Sales team provided our family! From the initial phone call asking about available options, to their efficiency and expertise all the way through driving off the lot with our new vehicle...this was by far the BEST purchasing experience weve ever had! We live 3 hours away from the Enterprise Car Sales location where we purchased our vehicle, and I can honestly say it was easier, faster, and Im confident we got a better deal than if we had purchased a vehicle from a dealership down the road. The expert staff walked us through the entire process over the phone and found exactly the vehicle to fit our needs. The first time we worked face-to-face with them was when we were picking up our new SUV (which we couldnt be more happy with)! Thank you Enterprise Car Sales for making what is often an intimidating experience into an extremely rewarding one!

Absolutely the best car dealing experience I have ever been through. I never knew enterprise sold cars until I had to have a rental. Unbelievable experience! They gave me a trade amount that was higher than I was expecting. They went above and beyond on the service of financial services that kept finding me a lower interest rate and warranty! About time a company treated my family and I well and respectful. Especially when my raging, tired 2 year old was screaming running around and constantly closing doors, they gave her a gecko toy and solved the issue so professional; it made my day and as my daughters. Didnt feel like I was taken advantage of as a customer. They were straight forward and honest and thats why their customer service is top notch in my books. We will in the future buy another vehicle there. Their prices are phenomenal on their new cars and even lower than the competitive dealerships around. Give it shot! I bought a car from this company and the car looked fine when i looked it over the first time, i went back and purchased the vehicle with the comfort of the 7 days bring it back if you dont like the car. I later found some things very wrong with the car. For starters they had used super glue to hold down the trim. One of the doors had obviously had work done to it but the carfax was clean, and you could see the clear coat peeling up. Another piece of the vechile popped loose. So i took the vechile back not to upset because i would be getting my money back. Well Cory told me it would be 5 to 10 days before i would receive my check. I have been waiting for more then two weeks now and no check has arrived. This is very unprofessional way of handling this situation. I would suggest going to carmax to purchase a vechile they have a 5 day repurchase agreement and they will cut you a check right there at the store.
