Terrible customer service. Had a window in for replacement, they said theyd call me on Monday, never received a call, called them a few days later to find out the glass they ordered was scratched and that they were going to order a new one. Didnt bother to inform me until i called. I was closing on a house and needed the window immediately so I asked if I could take it at discount. They wouldnt honor any discount for their poor customer service nor the scratch. Never going here again.

AWFUL customer service!! Prices are extremely inconsistent! Went in one day and they decided they werent going to cut custom glass for orders- so we went to Allied Glass off Blairs Ferry Rd & 380... WONDERFUL customer service, fast and very affordable! Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! It was so nice to finally have a great experience with a glass company after being horribly treated for so long! I wouldnt recommend Weber Paint & Glass to anyone!

We have been getting paint and stain here for 10 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even had a file with a list of my paint color I needed. The label on my old can was too faded, so they looked up what I had bought several years back. They also have done great work on windows for us also.
