Went in at 8pm 8/2/2015. Upon entering there were two employees, one being trained. Initially, the new employee came to assist me but was unable to answer a question so he called over the other employee. After I insisted that he come to me instead of shouting my questions at him over the store he said "You better be buying something" as he came over. I asked him about a discount because I received bad advice about their products from another employee. After several short, curt responses and no explanation, I changed the subject and asked him to sell me a bowl. Each question I had about the product was met with snark or unhelpful responses. "Whats the price range?" got answered with "There are stickers on each." When I asked him to take them out of the glass case, he refused. When I asked for more helpful and professional service, he kicked me out, saying that my broken piece was "dirty" (it was just cleaned). Worst headshop experience ever, thanks to a punk with no customer service acumen. Will never buy anything from these guys again without contacting the owner.

I come here regularly for my shisha. Very good selection. The owner always remembers me, even though I only come in to stock up about once every 2-3 months. They have a good selection of shisha, the best in town with the best prices, Id argue. Not all of the employees know the shisha inside and out, but those that do (the owner included), REALLY know their stuff. Definitely my go-to place for shisha.

Went at 7pm on 7/24/16 employee was rude when I tried to enter with my family. No sign was posted that no minors were allowed in the building. After I had my wife take my son out of the store, I suggested they post a sign. The employee was rude again and after a minute told me to "get out of his store". Dont waste your time, apparently they dont want bussiness.

These guys sold me $125 of equipment that broke on the first use. I tried to bring it in an have it looked at and was kicked out of the door. I felt as if i was threatened for even trying to ask a question. Great store, but poor experience with helping customers and hospitality. Im probably done buying from these guys for the rest of my life.

Ive been trying to get something from them that I paid for over four months ago and they just never call you back and give you a bunch of BS when you go in to ask about whats going on. 100% china glass with zero customer service. I will never set foot in this store full of garbage ever again. Go ANYWHERE else. Not here.

This place is a joke! I spent $200 and bought a $75 ash catcher that broke as soon as I took it out of the bubble wrap. I took it back to see if they could replace it and the person there said he couldnt do anything about it so I left my name and number but have yet to hear anything from them. Still waiting..
