So this is all the bad experiences Ive had with Things and Things. I will note that I got my first glass pipe from here and didnt have any issues with it. That was over a year ago and it was also the last and only "good thing" Ive experienced here. The stuff mentioned below all happened early 2016: 1) Sells sub-quality products. I bought a bubbler from these guys. 3 days after buying it, the stem on the bowl snapped off while I was wiping the inside out with toilet paper. Normal pressure and spinning with a couple square of toilet paper in the bowl to dry it out broke 2 pieces of glass that were supposed to be secured together. I couldnt believe it. Edit: Tried to include pictures. Apparently google reviews doesnt like that. 2) They do not care once they have your money. Called them and informed them of the above issue. Was told "We dont warranty anything. We have to assume you broke it." Youll note the lack of a "Sorry we sold you something that broke immediately." I informed them that they cant sell sub-standard quality products to people and then not do anything about it. Thats poor business. I was again told they cant do anything about it. Im only assuming but I think the person on the phone was agreeing with me but wasnt able to say so out loud. This one is on the manager for the established practices. 3) Lack of competence when it comes to glass My girlfriend didnt want to wait for a replacement bowl and, against my advice, went to Things and Things to get a bowl "now" instead of waiting for one off the Internet. I told her to ask for a bowl with a 14mm male joint. They proceeded to tell her she needed a downstem multiple times. A downstem for a direct inject bubbler. Really?? After some odd minutes of frustration they finally understood "bowl" does not mean "downstem" and she was able to get the exact same bowl that had come with the last bubbler. How much was it? Read on... 4) Not even sure of their own prices. She quoted $20 for the bowl. My gf paid that and afterward the younger guy said "the fancy ones are 15. Those are probably 10." The lady immediately corrected him and said they were 20. Shady as hell... 5) Still Sells sub-quality products. Surprise surprise...the stem on this one broke, too! However, this one lasted about 2-3 weeks. Cause of breakage this time? Set it on the counter while cleaning it. I set it stem up. It rolls, hits the counter, and snaps in the exact same place as the last one. 6) Will not give price quotes over the phone. Theres absolutely no legal reason for this. This is just a jerk tactic to get you to come in and buy marked up stuff in trade for convenience. You already made the trip, right? Why not shell out the extra 10 or 20 bucks? An employee has commented on this before saying "Its because we cant check IDs over the phone". Price quotes have nothing to do with keeping glass from getting into the hands of underage people. You cant smoke out of a price quote. If theyre underage, theyll get (or make) one regardless of you not telling them AND inconveniencing hundreds of other customers "I cant tell you prices over the phone!" I have neither the time or the patience to make up stuff like this. Learn from the mistakes that my girlfriend and I have paid for in dealing with Things and Things. We wont be patronizing this place again.

Very friendly staff who is willing to help you make a purchase decision. Wide selection of merchandise for now matter how you enjoy your smoking pleasures. The store is always clean and has the wonderful smell of burnt incense. Best place in CR.

It was garbage and my girlfriend went in by herself to buy a piece and completely ripped her off made her pay 150 for and off centered bong with 2 irremovable stains on it, not a trustworthy compant, the staff are greedy and sneaky

Just went in here for the first time ever. Lady working there instantly starting yelling at us because she thought we were different customers that had just been in the store? Poor customer service. Never going here again.

Hours showed online are 9-10 and their door says 11-11 showed up at 11:30 and still not open. Bad business if people dont show up saw at least 10 different cars come and go since they were closed.

Call to find out prices on an item before i drove in from another town. To be told they dont give prices out over the phone. So I will not be shopping there........EVER
