Very dis-organized not friendly no customer service desk I was forced to stand in line with 12 other people to exchange a pair of shoes that I never wore that they said were too dirty to return I bought them like that no one greet you thanks you I will never go back also came home with a bag full of security locks still on my merchandise

Disorganized. No return counter. All I needed taken off was a security tag taken off that was left on when I checked out and I was told to stand at the counter. No staff pay attention so I was forced to wait in line with everyone else checking out. And only 3 checkout lanes were open...hopefully it gets better...

Nice selection, very reasonable price points and friendly staff. I always buy my sons sippy cups from here because theyre half the price Walmart charges! Only downfall is that a lot of baby clothes I looked at didnt have price tags on them which was pretty inconvenient.

They need to seriously reconsider how many cashiers they have available . It has never taken less than 10 minutes to check out. Today there were 2 cashiers during back to school shopping on a Saturday at noon.

I wasnt overly thrilled with the organization and quality of items in the store. Yes there are name brands at discounted prices but it is set up sort of like a second hand store... Chaotic.

Man the line to checkout is slow! I was the second to wait and it took a good 10-15 mins for my turn. Less yacking more working! And the clothes smell! Gave me a headache!

Came here to buy a coat, and there was basically one small rack of extremely expensive coats. The rest of the store looks like a run-down K-Mart. Not impressed.
