Great employees, very knowledgable, some of the employees dont know everything about sewing but they are eggar to help and find the answers if they dont know the answer. Good prices, and love using my coupons. Dont like it though that sometimes when they do a good coupon that is only good on full price items they put some of their good fabric on a tiny sale so the coupon cant be used on it.

Today was my first time visiting this store, I have to say, I loved it! The employees are very friendly and very helpful I went there looking for something particular and there were like 3 or 4 employees helping me look and they found the item I was looking for. oh and also the store is way bigger than the one Im used to and it was very clean. definitely recommend this store.

Very unhappy with this store! Every time i buy fabric there, i have to remeasure when i get home. They have shorted my fabric 4 times. The last time i went there to talk to the manager, i got the asst mgr and he could have cared less about my concern. I love the store location and hope they start doing a better job.

Always great deals in store and often online. They do price comparison so I always get my online prices in store and the Wi-Fi makes ot easy to get online and find the price I need.
