Bought a dollar Blackjack scratch off on 10/28/16 and won 10 dollars, went to same store #3303 on 10/29/16 and said that it is an unregisterd pack and would not pay out the $10.00 - the lady store manager was nasty and didnt care that she is selling fraudulent tickets ???
