I had a valvestem go bad on 1 of the tires on the wifes Chevy Uplander minivan and theres NO BUSINESS IN OR AROUND Gaston, IN that could help us get it fixed so I loaded up and headed for Muncie. The very FIRST PLACE I stopped was Discount Tire. As soon as I walked in the door, a very polite & informative salesman named Phil met me and immediately attacked the issue we was having, checked out all our tires, hooked me up with a couple different estimates, he listened to EXACTLY what I was explaining and immediately took care of it. They also helped me out and put the tire back on for me for me, after replacing the valvestem along with inspecting my tire for damage & ware. Im really impressed by THEIR WHOLE TEAMS professionalism, shop cleanliness, and they ALL KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. Im very happy with THEIR service and Id recommend THIS particular store to ANYONE IN OR AROUND THIS AREA THATS NEEDING TIRES OR RELATED WORK DONE BY REAL PROFESSIONALS. I had a flat at 11pm driving down to Muncie from Chicago. I was going down for my daughters freshman orientation and did not have much time to get it fixed. The team at Discount Tire worked extremely fast to get me back to the seminar I was missing. For this type of service I would not have no problem paying top dollar but they gain surprised me with a price I dont think anyone could beat! I feel very comfortable sending my daughter to they guys at Discount Tire Muncie she ever has any problems this coming school year. Thanks again guys for the amazing service.

Phil and Scott at Discount Tire were very friendly and helpful. They repaired my flat tire and rotated my tires for zero dollars (and the tires were not purchased from them). They offered me a tire insurance policy basically, but did not try to hard sell me at all when I told them I wasnt interested. I will be back next time I need service, thanks to a pleasant experience today. Thanks guys!

I actually created an account just to be able to write a review. I went in with a flat expecting to pay about $70 for a new tire (which is still a very competitive price) but they told me it was repairable and that it was FREE! I will definitely be coming back here when I need new tires. Its refreshing to go to any kind of repair place and still receive honest help.

Wow discount tire just left your place and you more than exceed my expectations. Not only were you fast friendly and helpful but you went above and beyond sprucing up something i didnt even ask for. My car needed a tire... they hooked me up... and for less than the nearest competitor by 20%... great service ... I even had a nail in the tire a year ago and they patched it for free. Will do business with them in 60,000 miles.

I had them mount some tires for my 420 honda there was a mistake and they mounted the wrong tire to the wrong rim. I called and told them what happened and they fixed it without another word, thanks for the great work guys
