More to choose from than you could imagine. Great sales and loyalty program. I took a couple stars off because I didnt appreciate the older woman with long hair that was evidently some kind of management treating her staff in a worthless manner. It was a super busy sale day and if I worked there, Id certainly need to step away from the bustle for a break when it was time. A young male employee had noticed that others, including herself, had not taken their due break before it was time for his. But he clearly felt that he would appreciate stepping away for a few minutes. She snarked at him in a nasty tone "Yes go go. Take your break. The sooner you take it, the sooner itll be out of the way. Ill take my break when I get home tonight." I dont want to hear that and Im certainly not interested in contributing to that passive abusive work environment. Ill donate elsewhere.

This Goodwill looks everything up online (the cashier told me that when I asked for a discount on 8 cups marked at 1.99 EACH), and what they dont understand is that the ONLINE price is for the 4 billion internet users-- their store wont get that. There was a pair of used nine west boots that had scuffs and they wanted $29.99!!! What the heck, I can go in nine west and get them on clearance brand new for that! We walked out of that gigantic store with almost nothing. Definitely not worth going to, and we wont go in there again. Go to TJ Maxx and get it new for the same prices!

I have seen many items that have inflated prices. There was a suround sound receiver with all 5 speakers. One would think they would package them together, NOOOOO when I asked the store manager about the seperation. He said, "people only buy single items." When I expressed that the speakers were engineered for that receiver adn they should be with it in the deal. He said it was a corporate decision. He is the reason why that store is the way it is. It use to be a great store.

Its a great Goodwill with a great staff. The clothing options they offer are great; I went in and left with plenty of clothes that looked to be in great condition. They have deals on other items such as furniture, dishes, coffee mugs, and used electronics. If you catch time and feel like thrifting this is a great place for you.

I visit Goodwill stores all over TN and the prices at this store are crazy high for items that were DONATED!!! There were paperback books priced $7.99 and up and hardcover books priced even higher. Its crazy when a goodwill charges retail prices for donated used items. Id skip stopping at this Goodwill if I were you.

Check out was so slow we left our items and walked out. If someone is trying to buy a piece of furniture that isnt ready to sell, have them step aside so other customers can check out and not have to stand there for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service.

clean well sorted lots and lots of kids and women clothes lots of toys furniture not much room for it. I always come home with alot but I bring home all the weird things no one knows what they are.

Sadly not what it used to be. Poor quality items are priced very high for a thrift store. I would go there at all but it is close to where I work so I stop in but rarely buy here!
