The store is improving so much. Well organized and very clean. Items on shelves organized and prices clearly displayed. Only down side was not enough employees were working the day I was there. Need to make sure there are enough staff on hand to attend to the customer. I cashier and one in the furniture. Poor guy there was working very hard to help load trucks while customers were needing his help in the store. He was still very polite and kept apologizing to the 3 people waiting food him. He handled if like a champ.

Very helpful and nice staff the manager and assit. manager was a great help when I was putting my sofa on layaway! They went out of their way to save me money. The store is clean and full of good buys if you take your time and look! Thanks so much!!!

Dirty, poorly stocked store. Cashier is the only staff you see in the whole store. She was friendly but could not answer question as to where something in the ad was located.

What a crap return policy. NO returns of any sort without receipt. . Even though the product is clearly marked that it comes from BIG LOTS. I CALL BULLSHIT!
