So unprofessional and RUDE. I cant even believe I let the artist tattoo me after I had bad vibes from the beginning. Initially we had an appointment at 4 because he said he "had nothing planned all day." We arrive at 4:30, and he sarcastically asks (3 times, might I add) "What time is it?" And finally explains, "I cant do you guys now. I have a new client." Whatever. We missed our turn. We go back again, despite his sarcastic demeanor. When I first approached him, I told him I wanted to talk about my tattoo as he responds with, "Well yeah. Im the tattooer." He did not look away from his phone, showed no interest in my idea, the font, or size. He has a "good memory," so luckily he printed off the correct font because he did not give a second of attention to my needs. For an industry that is reliant on customer satisfaction, you would think they try a little harder to keep us coming back. I am disappointed in myself that I went through with the tattoo. Not even the best quality either, and there is definitely scarring. You gained points back for your kickass piercer. Dakota is talented, conversational, and personable. Its a shame because it is so close to the student body of Ball State and couldve gained a good clientele. I have told everyone about my awful experience, and have had three friends with similar experiences. Definitely not wasting my money here again.

Least professional, least personable, and most rude tattoo artist I have ever met. He was not helpful in the slightest and had zero suggestions on how to execute the tattoo Ive been wanting for years. A friend told me a similar experience about how rude he is, but I unfortunately decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo. The only reason Body Language deserves more than one star is the fact that I have had multiple piercings done by Dakota and he is clean, professional, and excellent at what he does. Considering this is a client-based industry, you would think your tattoo artist would have some sort of people skills, but dont expect to find that here.

The staff here is super friendly. I went to get a Valentines Day tattoo with Mitch and the place was super busy. The staff made me feel at home while I waited. I was there for quite awhile so I got to see some of the artists tattoo and they are all so talented! Mitch did the outline for my tattoo and two weeks later added shading and color. He is the sweetest person and so incredibly talented. I am so happy with my tattoo and I am happy I can walk around with his work visible to the world. This place is super clean and every artist has a place of their own to show off their personalities. I will definitely be coming back!

I am super picky about the places I go to get my tattoo. I have to make sure the artist is comfortable with the style I want, I need to make sure they want my business, and I need to feel like the environment is clean and safe. I went into inquire about a realism tattoo. I asked him if he was comfortable with realism and he waited about 7 seconds before just replying "yea." Did not make me feel confident in his ability. So, I will be going to Fort Wayne IN to get it done by someone who is confident. The environment is decent but the guy I talked to lacked personable skills and confidence.

The workers were very nice and welcoming. Dakota did my piercings which included my cartilage and tragus, and he did a fantastic job. He was very soft with his handsaws got it done fast. Not only was Dakota professional and talkative, Mitch who is the tattoo artist was very funny and welcoming himself. He was drawing a tattoo in front of me and it was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Body Language Tattoo for any tattoos or piercings that you want to get done!

One of the first customers in the new shop and just let me say wow! Got my first real tattoo and I love it, these guys really have a passion for what they do and that just makes it for me! The shop is really clean and the guys there are really cool, they really make you feel comfortable the whole time you are there. You must request Mitch if you want something crazy and weird because he has a huge imagination. I will be back for my next tattoo!

My best friend and I just walked into the store and it took them forever to help us even though the place was completely empty and the guy was just watching youtube videos on his phone. When he finally noticed us, he was extremely rude, didnt introduce himself, and basically just treated us as if we were stupid. Never going back again. I have been to many tattoo places before and this was the first time I have ever been treated so badly.

Datoka did a great job piercing my tragus and cartilage! He was very nice and was easy to talk to! He answered all of the many questions that I had in depth. This place is very clean and is very professional! Mitch (one of the tatoo artists) is very nice and is great at drawing up tattoos! I would recommend this place! Definitely the best place around here!

Got my very first tattoo by Mitch at Body Language. He was awesome and accommodating and my boyfriend and I were very pleased with our tattoos we got. He genuinely cares about his customers. The entire staff was awesome and you just felt like youd been friends with them forever. Prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back for more.

Super friendly and very clean and neat. They make you feel comfortable. Mitch the kidd has some crazy skills. Definitely my artist for life !
