Our experience at this Starbucks was AMAZING. My boyfriend and I were traveling back to Detroit from Chicago and stopped inside to grab some drinks for the ride. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming; conversing with us as our drinks were being made. I ordered the latest "pink drink" and one of the staff members had me try her favorite drink which was a similar take but a different drink. All and all, a great experience, a great staff, and wed go back to just this location...if only it wasnt 200 miles away!

This is my favorite Starbucks location! Ive visited other Starbucks and none seem to match the professionalism, & teamwork evident at this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly, efficient & accomodating even during the busiest times. I love the mobile pre-order app! I just wish there was a place inside designated for pick-ups of mobile orders instead of having to wait thru the lines.

Very best experience ever at Starbuck. We visited on a Wednesday at noon and all of the workers were Fabulous! Their greeting at the drive through were personality plus, greeting us with happiness and welcome! Service was quick and efficient and the woman at the window deserves a raise and award for sweetness and kindness and Warmth! Best Ever!

I go here 1-3 times a day....Charges for an extra but never receive it!! Employees never make my nearly $7.00 drink as ordered and are rude!! I highly suggest never going to this establishment!! I personally am seeking legal measurements for the money they charged 98% of the time and never deliver...also the wait is appalling for coffee!!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. 5 shots of espresso over ice. Add whip cream. How difficult of an order is that? Apparently you need a PhD to make it because not only did they make it incorrectly once but twice and still couldnt get it right. I want my reward back! What a waste!

This is the worst Starbucks ever. The staff is unnecessarily LOUD, untrained, and actually rather rude. Fortunately, if Im driving into Chicago, I can just exit the highway a few miles down and satisfy my Starbucks craving in Portage.

Very fast, very organized, and if you use the phone app to order ahead it makes creating custom drinks a fun experience and they always get the order right.
