Disappointed local. Update: I tried again a few times. Unfortunately my communication to the owner has not resulted in friendlier staff. Im still not acknowledge when I enter even if theres no line and the Barista is busy cleaning or doing whatever it is theyre doing so I stand around looking at merchandise and wait after putting a $20 an my keys on the counter. Then as he finally approached the cash register I get to stand in front of it at the same time and the guy who suddenly walks in next to orders as hes approaching and Dave looks at me and says "sorry" instead of letting the rude man in a hurry know I was first. I had hoped training would improve after I told the owner about the rudeness of the two ladies after I noticed mold on the chocolate Truffle I purchased and the refused to issue a refund. Tell your staff to at least say hi when customers cone to the counter. Good coffee, decent atmosphere, but still not enough pastries to last even until early morning most times, year-round so far. I have to say, the service was so outstanding that I actually said, "you guys have like one bad review online and that person is a moron." The prices are better than fair (ESPECIALLY considering the mission of the business) and the staff was beyond friendly. I said, "I want cold coffee, Ive never had anything here." And the gal who rang me up described the cold brew on nitro (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) while another employee poured me a little taster w/o even asking. I said Id like a little room for soymilk (since Im lactose intolerant and saw soy on the menu) and she offered that I could have almond milk as well. In summation: I got a croissant the size of my face, a large cold brew on nitro w/a special milk, gave a $2 tip and STILL came in under $9. What more do you want?! Oh, also the place was cozy and lots of polite young families and bicyclists were chilling outside. LOVELY.

This is a great place to get coffee. They have crafted their coffees excellently and have very pleased customers. The pastries served are from Bit of Swiss and they oftentimes have something from Greenbush down the street as well. Local art is on display and they always keep the bathrooms and the shop spotlessly clean. My only personal hang up is a short supply of different options for light roast. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe they offer is quite good, and when they have the Harrar or Sidamo the light roast is even better! They do a lot of dark roasts, so know that in advance. I personally love light to medium roasts, which is not where they tend to camp out. The baristas are always friendly and the owners (Rich and Stacey) are some of the kindest folks youll ever meet.

There is something special about serving this coffee at our church in Stevensville. We get wonderful compliments on both the drip and espresso (lattes) every Sunday. We always serve a light roast and a dark roast in addition to the Swiss Water Decaf and IN5 espresso. The current crown pleasers are Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (light) and Mexican High Grown Altura (dark). We always order whole bean and grind just before brewing. Search for "Broken Glass Cafe at FCOG" on Facebook to see how Infusco helps our little church. Rich and the team always go the extra mile to keep us happy.

Its a quaint coffee shop right off the freeway. The coffee at this shop is great and tastes incredible. The staff is helpful and kind, too, so please ignore everyone who says theyre rude. This is just the style of customer service that you begin to expect from good coffee places. They arent bad, unkind, horrible, or any other negative word. They are focused on making the best coffee they can, and thats how I like my coffee.

This is a nice little place to sit down and enjoy some coffee (or tea, or cocoa, or a number of other cool beverages). The hot coffee is great for most of the year, and when the weather gets too hot for me to drink hot coffee I switch to the smooth and refreshing cold brew. The environment is relaxing and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The coffee was good. The entrance was blocked by five or six people. There was an outdoor patio table and chairs right in front of the doors. It was a bit like a Starbucks wanna be. Overall, it was fair.

Stopped by while I waited for Greenbush to open. Great local coffee spot with a fair amount of seating and quiet environment if you need to work or study. The coffee was good and service was excellent.

Not as expected. Bought a bag of light roasted coffee, fresh but tastes no good. Pour over in the cafe is not professional where brewing time was not even aimed to be controlled. Latte is good though.

Had a truly delicious iced latte made with their IN5 espresso roast. The friendly and informative barista shared brewing hints and provided a sample of beans to try with my new home machine.

Never been before today. Smelled the coffee from the street and stopped in for some beans. Was offered a sample. Very good stuff and friendly staff! Lookong forward to brewing at home!

Best coffee shop in Harbor Country! And they are expanding and getting better every year I return to the area. Has a fun viewing area in back to watch them bake and make their coffees.

Fantastic coffee that is roasted on location in Sawyer! Great coffee bar with a nice atmosphere inside and out. They know how to put together real espresso drinks too.

I ordered the iced cold brew. It was good, and the atmosphere was rustic and pleasant. The prices are higher than I care for, but a nice experience, nonetheless.

The ice mocha rocks. Barista is super nice, WIFI is fast (20-25 Mbps, which for a small town is great), atmosphere is nice and quiet with loft-like decor.

The espresso is over roasted. You can tell it in the Americano and the vanilla latte.
