The words "Fresh Produce" and "Top Banana" are synonymous here in Kokomo. Whether it is locally grown Veggies and Fruit you seek, or Sets to grow in your own Garden, youll find whatever you seek at Top Banana. Their selections of Flowers, Plants,Yard and Garden Decor, Fertilizers and Potting Soil are as plentiful, and more Unique than the Chain Stores too. I realize Im " preachin to the choir" here, because you dont need to live in the area very long, before a neighbor will guide you to Top Banana.

This place features a lot of locally made preservative free salsas, sauces, jams, jellies and other versions of pickled veggies. They also have a great selection of homemade fudges and fresh locally grown produce. Really great hours for this type of store. Open till October 31st. Then reopens on the spring with a huge variety of plants for the garden and flowers.

I am a local resident and come here every year to get the nicest plants and the cheapest mulch around. Mike has a very nice store and there is always plenty to choose from. They have fresh produce, as well as landscaping needs. Their employees are always very helpful and friendly. Thank you for your great addition to the community!

Great for seasonal produce and local crops. Hours change with the seasons, so be sure to come in the spring, summer, fall. Not open much in the winter. Also nursery plants in the spring, and a huge selection of jams, pickles, and canned goods like Apple butter.
