Three years ago I was in an argument with a cashier here, and I vowed not to come back here, i made a few marsh runs to the smaller, older store at 53rd and keystone, but after needing some faygo, produce and general grocery items which i had coupons for and saw some on special, i thought Why not come back? I made a good choice. The employees are VERY friendly! Many items had lower prices than I remembered and marsh has recently LOWERED some prices. Their bakery/deli/cafe are well run with delicious and some very cheap food options. Some of their "price lock" and sales had items cheaper than walmart! They now have self check out and give 5 cents off if you bring your own bag. (If you use self check out you can enter up to ten bags, so keep that in mind haha ;) I left this marsh spending only $23.33 on 9 items, which did satisfy me since 4 were produce and deli items. In conclusion, marsh has changed for the better, but one thing that i wish this store had was a dollar aisle which the "Hometown Markets" which cater to lower income areas have. The larger marshes could use them too.. Just a solution.

I recently ordered a cake from this location. I had placed the order in more then enough time for the date that I needed it by. I arrived on the due date to find out that the cake was no done at all. They ladies in the bakery department attempted to accommodate the mishap however it still would have resulted in my having to delay my event due to their mistake. On my way out I ask to speak with a manager and spoke with Russ. I advised him of the situation and explain that the order was placed and the ball was dropped with the bakery staff. Russ was very nice and understanding. He took customer service to another level by offering to deliver the completed cake no later then the time I needed to ensure that my event wouldnt be delayed. I appreciate Russs willingness to go the extra mile! Thank you.

Does not even rate one star I will never shop at this or any other Marsh ever I would rather shop at Safeway or Double *s The checkers are normally nice and helpful But never are the baggers around to help with large baskets. I normally spend about a thousand a month in there. I am disabled and so my 13 yr old normally has to sack all the food with little to no help from the cashier who today over sacked the food and bags tore. The Co manager was little to no help. This is not the first time I have had these issues. YOU have forever lost my business and I will never recommend your stores to anyone.

I often shop at this Marsh to restock our office break room, today I stopped in to pick up a cake for an office Baby Shower we were having I should have ordered one but time got away from me and I desperately needed help.Annie in the bakery was my hero she decorated a cake I had picked out of the cooler and wrote exactly what I had requested in it, to be honest it looked liked I had ordered it way ahead of time...Many Many Thank yous to Annie and our neighborhood Marsh!!!

The employees seem nice. I honestly love the meat specials they have. They have a section near the meat thats buy 1 get 1 free. They always have some of it marked down too, which is a plus. I dont mind it. I love that they have parking for expectant moms or moms with toddlers

Well, its closed, and nobody is surprised, since the company quit being locally owned some time ago. The new owners priced themselves out of the market (no pun intended). Even when they were marking the prices down they were still higher than Krogers regular prices.

Marsh sells the same exact products as Kroger and Meyer. The only difference is Marsh costs 10 to 20 percent more. I would have given 1 star but they have a salad bar and the rotisserie chickens are really quite good.
