Sarah Hanmer is right - I have never experienced anything like the odd stocking that exists at this store. They are reliably out of something that I need each and every time I go. Its usually not unique things either - think catchup, cream, garlic - random things each and every time. I call this the Kremlin Kroger as it reminds me of the images of Russian grocery stores in the 80s. Ive asked the employees and managers and different times and its always the same answer - theyve just been unusually busy. If they are that busy then they must be very successful and I would think that they could afford to replenish stock more often. There are usually relative few full service checkout lanes open so plan to use the self service lanes. Given time Ill go to the Kroger in downtown Carmel or the one at 116 and Allisonville - way better stock and more lanes open whenever Im there.

I experienced amazing customer service from the manager, Keith, today! I walked around searching for an item on my grocery list and finally gave up searching.... thats when I turned to the staff to help me find it. Although no one was able to locate it, they put my in touch with Keith who knew exactly where the item was. I had never tried this item, so he gave me a bottle complimentary. From start to finish, the staff of this Kroger take care of their customers and genuinely care about what you purchase at their store. I work over at Cloud 9 Spa & Salon and I will most definitely be back! Thank you Keith and staff for being so helpful and generous!

Getting worse. I work long hours so i can only go in late in the evening. There are benefits such as reduced doughnut prices. However the doughnuts are no longer on sale. They just box them and put a 2.99 sticker on them. I can get better doughnuts for 2.99. However it always seems i can never find things. They are always out, or havent restocked. Marsh never has this problem. Their shelves are always full. The things that I used to love about Kroger are quickly changing and going away. So I am going to have to change my store.

Worst place ever! Horrible layout inside and the clicklist is a disaster. They made it seem great and now they charge you for sitting and waiting. 27 minutes of sitting in there clicklist space for them to tell me they cant find a tote of food. So unorganized. I could have shopped on my own in time I wasted sitting there. Will never shop kroger again

Good selection and prices,although I look for the sales. Click It lets you order online and the groceries come out to your car. Usually great for not having bickering kids on my shopping trip, but sometimes the fruit is a big miss on freshness. I try to be very specific in comments. The sushi here is better than expected and good selection of wines.

This grocery store is very well laid out, easy to navigate, and has aisles wide enough so you dont feel cramped when you have multiple shopping carts traveling the same aisle. The produce is also at half the cost of other competitors. For example, at Kroger Romaine lettuce is $.99/lb versus Marsh down the street which has Romaine lettuce at $1.99/lb.

Absolutely never have anything that I want. Produce always very minimal selection, they never have half and half in the right size of all things, and ice cream aisle is bare minimum. I would drive double the amount I drive to this place just so that I have the selection and variety of the things that I want and need

Very poorly run store. Cell phone use by cashiers while scanning your groceries, inappropriate, unnecessary, rude comments by employee in the meat dept. And no one seems to care that it takes place. Ridiculous, I would rather drive out of my way in any direction to another store than ever go there again.

Best Kriger store around. Ive been going there since they opened. Friendliest and most helpful workers. Theyve got the latest scanners in the self checkout which are great. Only thing lacking is a fuel center, but I believe they are building a new Krioger across the street with a fuel center.

The store is completely understaffed. I feel bad for the cashiers with long lines and no one to help with bagging. The produce selection is almost always bare and not restocked on a daily basis. Meat/seafood department does not appear to be clean at all.

Great people working there. If you live in the area and treat it like a part of your neighborhood and not just a cog in the wheel of your supply chain, your experience here can be excellent. They do online order fulfillment too, if youre into that.

This store is more chaotic than its area brethren, but still carries great produce and a decent selection of natural/organic products. The single bottle beer selection tends to be excellent, but dairy is frequently out of stock on key products.

Store is clean & welcoming. Aisles are wide enough to navigate even when crowded. Pretty good selection. Excellent sales. Very rare to have to wait for more than 1 person in front of you at checkout. Managers & staff are friendly & helpful.

Very close to home. Standard Kroger, a bit cleaner than a lot. Picked over on the weekends, and checkout lines get pretty long since there only seem to be 3-4 cashiers. However plenty of self checkout available.

Staff is always nice and the store is very clean. There are some gentlemen in the meat department who are type of guys to go out of there way to get to know you and I think that is good customer service

Generally friendly staff at 146th and Hazeldell. Organized store, neat and find everything Im looking for. Side note: thank you for a near odor free mens room finally. All in all... Kroger is my store.

I love this store, the other Kroger in Noblesville is a dump and I stopped going to Kroger. Glad i tried this one. Everyone is friendly, the produce, meat and deli are all well stocked and fresh.

Its a whole new Krogers the way they do things here is slot different then down in Indy where I go shopping. They actually have a area that you park and they bring your things out to u.

Great place open late with a great selection at great prices. Just what you would expect from a Kroger plus great 99¢ slushes. Only thing is a lack of a large enough bakery department
