I called and ordered my part over the phone. Within 30 minutes I was at will call picking it up. This may have been best customer service Ive ever experienced. They ensured the parts I was buying would work for my needs and even showed me in great detail how I would install my purchase. Everything worked just as they explained. Very, very good experience with this shop.

We were having a problem finding a good quality arbor press. I call this store and they had one waiting for me to pick up the next day. This is a small store with a big warehouse so you cant shop like in the big box stores but they have the tools you need in stock.
