I would highly recommend this place to anyone based on the way I was treated by these people. I ordered some wet suites for my two girls. They placed the order correctly but the suits came in a different size / color because the manufacturer no longer made the type I ordered. The people at Divers Supply where very helpful in correcting this. Offered to let me take the other ones home to see if they fit my girls. Had no issues handling the return. They truly wanted to make me feel like they would do me right to make sure I got what I wanted. That on top of the fact they were ALL very friendly. Although I didn’t wind up purchasing anything the experience I had let me know this was a top notch place to do business with and if you are looking for people that will treat you like a valued customer this is the place. If I ever need dive/scuba equipment in the future this is the place I would go back to.

My friend and I went in to buy her scuba gear and we came out very happy. The gentleman was very helpful and took his time going through all the options for her. I am an experienced diver who has bought plenty of gear and felt like the advice he gave her was good. The selection of gear is good for a Midwest shop as they carry several brands so you have a choice. Their standard prices were good and we received a very nice discount for buying a set of gear (BC & regs) so we even bought some extra items (travel bags & accessories) to take advantage of the discount. With the discount I would say you cant buy any cheaper online and they had everything we needed in stock, ready to go. Great customer service attitude. Overall very happy! I think Ill make this my new "go to" dive supply shop.

Good natured SCUBA divers. They can get excitable, but honestly this is a sign that someone truly enjoys what they do. If you want information on what you are getting into, come here and talk to the club leaders and shop staff. They can explain away just about any piece of equipment and help you decide what fits best with you. They have nice starter equipment bundles with solid products. Remember that you get what you pay for. The most basic equipment will be perfectly suitable for most needs but upgrading can give you more "bells and whistles" to your equipment. Large variety of equipment and a really neat display of old-timey equipment that has soon quite a few years. Even if you think SCUBA is not for you, it is worth stopping by and taking a walk around the store.

Although the location of the store is less that great (the gun shop and other neighboring business do not scream "welcome" to a passer by), they more than make up for it with friendly and knowledgeable service. You truly feel that the people of the store have the best interest of the customer in mind. All their recommendations have worked quite well and were cheaper than what I had in mind before talking to them. They have a good assortment of the top brands and it is one of the very few places where I would rather go personally than try to find something on the Internet.

Extremely knowledgeable! Helped guide my wife and I through certification. Not pushy at all and helped us determine the right gear. Several dive masters and divers have commented on the quality of our gear. Comparing notes with other divers, we paid considerably less for much higher quality gear. If youre looking for gear or just interested in scuba this is where Id go.

My family of 4 decided to take scuba lessons from Diver Supply Indy. The entire family had a great time learning and diving. After we certified we went back to purchase some gear before our big scuba trip in the Keys. The owner made us some great deals on packages. These guys are great and I will be returning to buy from Diver Supply when it is time for more gear.

Each and every time I have stopped in to the shop I have been greeted with patience and great knowledge with any and all my concerns. Always a great source for gear, training, and information. Got my certification from them 4 years ago and still rent gear for local dives. Some times I just stop in to get info on sites I am about to dive. These guys live and breath this stuff. Tons of great knowledge. Thanks for being there for us!. Ron

Jimi the shop owner was amazing. I went in for OW scuba certification and he is the nicest, most accommodating person. I could not NOT give this guy my business. I took my private classes with Emily who was also great and super thorough and flexible. I would recommend this shop to anyone for any needs scuba!!

The guy at the counter was too lazy to help me select a medium grade snorkeling set and flippers for my girlfriend and I. I didnt want to but I guess Ill be stimulating the Florida economy with a couple hundred dollars instead of keeping it local.

Its a fantastic dive store. Best in Indy..everything you need for any type of diving your doing. Instructors are top notch n work with your schedule so classes are convenient. Its the place I go and Im a Dive Master.
