I bought a shirt, it was the wrong size, I tried to return it two days later and the store was closing they were starting to take the clothing off the racks I could see the shirt that I had in my hand along with my receipt hanging on the wall with the appropriate size that they needed and now they tell me that I need to drive 45 minutes to the next nearest Hibbett to exchange it. It would have been pretty simple this to swap out that shirt with my appropriate size but youre incapable employees said that was not possible. Its hard to believe you guys are going out of business (sarcasm) Common Sense goes a long way in the retail industry, I will no longer spend money at your dying franchise, and I hope that by doing so it is putting some of the finishing nails in your coffin. I will shop at Dunams out of spite, plus they are much more reasonably priced. Thank you for reminding me why youre going out of business!!

"Staff" could care less... If you you do get any verbal communication, it will be little more than a grunt. Noses buried in their phones or gossiping. Also very overpriced. Even the clearance rack is silly.

Staff are extremely attentive and accessible. Much better sports store than Dunhams.
