The customer service here is horrible. There was no one in there but myself along with 2 others I was with and it took about 7-10 minutes to even be "greeted". The greeting was "What do you need?" and it wasnt a friendly one. His attitude is far from friendly, and his personality is about the same. I deal with customer service daily, and the skills here are lacking to say the least. The prices on the guns a decent, but I would rather spend the $20-$30 more and go somewhere where I know the product will be backed and the people will warrant my needs.

Dale is the nicest & friendliest firearms dealer you will ever come across, if you wanna learn something new whether it be about firearms or dandelions or just life in general then go in and hang out for a hour or so. They have a great selection of guns & accessories, very friendly & very knowledgeable. I also enjoy talking with Erie. They treat you like a person & not a paycheck, I highly recommend this place!..

Sport Garden is like family. Go on inside and join the fun. These are great people, and they will give you truly unbiased advice. I came here to see if they are open on Wednesday, but I saw that downer review and just had to respond. Hey guy, please dont come back, no one could make you happy.

The owners of the store, Dale and Erie are very friendly and nice. The shop offers a nice selection of new and used firearms at good prices, locally. If you decide to stop by, make sure you have a bit of time to spare, because Dale loves talking about guns.

Great customer service. They always have a variety of guns to purchase. Very knowledgeable and a huge selection of accessories. They treat you like family. I would recommend them if you are planning on buying a gun or need any accessories.
