There has been many occasions where these people have been SO RUDE. I went there to buy a wig, and there was a sign that said you could get 3 try-ons. I tried on 1 wig and the lady asked "Are you buying a wig today?" I told her that I was just looking around for some... hoping to buy one if I found the right fit. I asked to try on a 2nd wig, and the lady says "If youre not buying a wig, you cant try on anymore" EVEN THOUGH THE SIGN SAYS YOU CAN TRY ON 3 WIGS. The second occasion was just today. I went in to buy eye lashes. I have been sharing a rewards card with my mom for 3 years now. I didnt have it on me today so I asked if they could look up my mother with the phone number. I provided the name, with the number. The man working with the star tattoos on his arm questions me and asks if the account is even mine. When I said yes, he asked me if I could provide an ID. I did. My mother and I share the same last name so I didnt think it would be a problem. He tells me I cant use it because its not my account. My mom hasnt shopped there since she moved out of the state. Ive been the only one using that reward account for 2 years. Then all of a sudden he tells me that I cant use the reward MONEY that Ive been BUILDING UP. They are so rude and disrespectful. They dont care about customer quality/service and they dont deserve to run any type of business. Was about to spend $$. Now they get $0.

You guys think this store is big well go to where the original Beauty 4 U is (DC metropolitan) ours are k-mart size. Anyways. Its a go to store in the area. Higher than back home but honestly what isnt here. Secondly they really dont know or maybe understand products and what you ask for and you can give the product by name and they still wont understand. Youll just have to wander to find what you need or want. Hard to get assistance. Plus the wigs look cheap and I am not the one who wears weave so that goEs to tell you something. Didnt know they were open til 9 which is a plus due to they are cheaper than the only other late supply store in this city. All in all 3 stars. Learn yall products boo. Oh and maybe link with the other beauty 4 u locations for a better points program. And dont say what you think my point value is until you actually know.

I was so excited to find a wig store with such a large selection. HOWEVER, the large selection is useless when their rigid policy of only allowing you to try on 3 wigs is strictly enforced. The 2 women who were selling wigs today were extremely UNfriendly! I wanted wigs badly enough that I decided to tolerate their attitude for a while. I quickly found 1 wig that I wanted to purchase and wanted to find another one so I could take advantage of a BOGO1/2 off sale. But, I had already tried on 3 wigs and they wouldnt let me try on another. Its pretty hard to purchase a wig without trying it on first! By the way, my friend and I were the only ones trying on wigs....its not like they were busy and needing to help other customers. This was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

If I could give this review no stars I would. I purchased a Bobby Boss wig back in Nov 2015 and the wig did not last. The wig was human hair and the wig cost me $299.00 plus tax. I took the advice of the staff and sprayed the wig with leave in conditioner etc. I was told by the staff I could wash the wig and dye it if I wanted to. I washed the wig after a few weeks of wear and the aftermath was "horrendous" to say the least. I was so embarrased after wearing this wig for 3 weeks. I wish I could paste the before and after pictures. IF you want to see the before and after picture, PLEASE feel free to email me. Please do not buy an expensive wig from this place. You will be very disappointed.

Love the wig I bought. I wear wigs 24/7 and know what I am looking for. I am on my husbands cell phone if you are wondering why a man is commenting. Well I went over to the section THAT Had THE Wigs I Was Interested In AND THE Lady Told Me those are for BLACK Women AND THAT I Was IN THE Wrong section. I told her that is the section I want to shop in and picked out my wig in 5 minutes. I know what I want and did not appreciate the lady telling me. She does not know me! I am going back to see if I can get two more of them. Hopefully I wont have to deal with the same lady.

This is my go-to supply store. If there is a product that you use and it seems like no one else had it ... they will! Everything is organized and it is pretty much you Walmart of beauty supply stores. If you are a wig lover they have a wig section thats not cramped in the back of everything and they always have a sale on something. They are pretty lenient on selling you something you want but the next best thing if they just dont have the product that day. :)

ZERO Stars!!! The employees are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and DONT KNOW their products. They could care less about helping their costumers. They dont even care if you give them business. NEVER and I mean NEVER will I give them my BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Angies List. Dont give them your money! HORRIBLE People!

This is one of my favorite stores ever. They have so much stuff and its huge plus the wig shop connected makes it fun. The man that works their is sooo funny and they all always seem happy. I couldnt be happier to be a vip with this company

huge selection compared to places like Sallys and very low prices on little girl hair accessories such as barrettes and clips, (1-2 dollars), but the staff was quite rude.

I go here for all my beauty supply needs. The store is quite large and has 2 sides. One with all the beauty care items, the other with wigs and weaves.
