Not too happy about my visits here. I have silver hair, professionally colored by myself. Ive gone in hoping for a quick toner or for silver dye (though now I know it doesnt exist.) My particular experience that really got me when I was initially going to dye my hair silver. I went in, not greeted (the usual) and looked around but could not find anything for silver/grey. I asked if they had any and the lady said YES. So she took me back to Wella hair products. She pointed to a toner, to which I said, I dont need to tone my hair, I have already done that. She said, its NOT toner, but dye. Even though it clearly says TONER. She was very insistent and said it will give me silver hair.
