I come here often. The last few times I was in I came to return some items. Both times dealt with a middle aged woman, very short hair, kind of tall. Did not get her name nor look. I just know this woman is rude and makes me feel like I am doing something wrong every time I come in there. I live in Carmel and will drive out of my way to go to a different store from now on. This time since I had an online order "I could only get the return amount on a gift card"...... Tell me how much sense that makes. I obviously told her thats not correct seeing how i had the invoice (the receipt) but she told me I did not have a receipt? Then all of a sudden she was able to give me cash back ....... So basically it could not be put back on the debit card I used I had to get the amount put on a gift card, oh wait maybe she can give me cash back.... (Looking at me as if Im stupid) And she did. Just because I am a younger lady does not mean I do not know the return policy.
