One good thing they have done is put me in a loaner car. I really appreciate that. My car has been in service for almost three months. Thats right. THREE MONTHS and counting. Im not getting the impression of a "sense of urgency". Some things to expect when your vehicle is in service: Waiting for your vehicle Waiting for a call to be returned Waiting for a status update Being ignored Making payments on a vehicle you cant drive Finding vehicles to replace your Chrysler vehicles (I have three) so you NEVER SET FOOT ON THAT LOT AGAIN. Be advised, the sales and body shop might be just fine. This review is based solely on my experience with the service department.

My husband and I recently moved to Columbus IN and needed to get our car into the shop for warranty work. We were recommended Poynter in Columbus. We made the appointment and took the car in. Service writer, Stan, contacted my husband about the car informing him we had a large bill to be paid. My husband explained the warranty to him. He argued with him and they finally agreed upon an amount. When we picked the car up we were again met with Stan. Stan was unprofessional and rude. We left with the car and were told we owe more because he forgot our deductible. NEVER will we work with Poynter again. Horrible service and rude people.

The body shop did an awesome job fixing my vehicle after having an accident. However, I had to have my drivers side headlight fixed. I now have one new headlight and one very foggy. They did not do anything to the other one and it looks awful. Doc told me he would buffer it out and unfortunately he left the facility prior to bringing it back for repairs. You can really tell a difference in customer service since he has left Poynters.

Doc in the body shop is phenomenal! Not only did he get parts for my daughters and my vehicle quickly but theyre both Toyotas. I highly recommend him! In 3 weeks time, Doc left the dealership, my daughters vehicle has been there for over 2 weeks and no one can seem to be on the same page due to varying issues. I went from being very satisfied to being very unhappy with the experience with my daughters vehicle.

I drove down from Indianapolis because there was a specific truck that I wanted and I pretty much showed up unannounced. Grant was extremely helpful and the entire staff was friendly. I ended up leaving with the truck a few hours later and drove home. Definitely a great experience! I would definitely suggest driving down to purchase your next vehicle here. It was well worth the hour drive to get there!

We had a great experience, our Sales Rep (Bill Young) provided us with great support and customer service. We found the car we wanted and after some negotiation they were able to match an offer from a dealer located north of Indy, that saved us from driving and gave us the option to shop local. Id recommend them if youre in the market for a car.

Purchased a CPO Genesis from Dewayne, and it was the most pleasant dealership experience I have ever had. The car was in very good condition, and I would have believed that it was new. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Feel like they gave me a great deal for a car I am very satisfied with. Would highly recommend.

The few times I have been in there they have been zero help. Sales on the phone, chat, and in person have been lackluster and unable to make a deal. They say anything you want to hear to try and get you in there and then its a totally different story. What they said on the phone goes right out the window.

Service is top notch, as is the collision center. Their finance department is truly amazing. Not a fan of the salesmen though. Not very personable, at times too high pressuring, and most of the time I talk to them I know about the vehicles they are trying to sell than they do and have to correct them.

if you buy a car here , do yourself a favor get your financing done before you go I submitted a loan app and they ran thru 13 places took my credit score down 30 points really bummed out about that ! I have a 700 score until thay did that now 667 bad deal ! ALAN N
