We purchased a 2000 Volks. Beetle and before I even made the first payment it needed a new water pump ($500 with parts and labor) when I called to complain the lady who sold us the car offered to give me a jump, because my battery was also dead.. I declined, she said there was nothing more she could do.. then not even two months later the turbo took a poo on us, I am still waiting to come up with the money to fix it :/ which was quoted at $1000 with parts and labor.. Its depressing! On top of that, the sun roof leaks, and now the liner has peeled off and my floor boards stay wet when it rains.. the car is junk! Pure junk and I would not send anyone here to buy a car! Ever!

Trust me when I write this. Please take every word to heart. Stay away and dont waste your time. They sold us an 8,000 car that seemed okay, it really did, and when we took it to get an oil change the dealership said it was in no was safe to even drive on the road. True story! The dealership (not Payton) gave us a loaner car free of charge because they felt so badly for us. Honest. The car was going to need 7,500 just to get it to square one. To top it all off they are not a military friendly place either. Please stay away. They dont even deserve one star.

We bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 from them the first month we owned the truck it was in a garage more than we got to drive it. They never changed the oil or air filter before delivery. The timing chain was messed up so they said they would pay for it. The guy didnt fix it right now we have to have it done again which will cost us $1100 to do right. The best thing they sale is junk and push them off onto other people hurting for a car. Shame on you!

Purchased a vehicle from Payton auto in north Vernon and within 6 months of purchase the alternator, water pump, and radiator all went out! When I went and talked to the manager he informed me there was nothing they could do to help me! I have been paying on a car I cant drive for over a month now! I would not recommend anyone go to Payton auto sales!

If your in a poor credit condition and all you hear is No from all the big lots go to Payton Place Auto they will do all they can to help Ive driven a lot of miles on the cars weve bought from them without issues

Came in today looking for a car. Ill have to say we have had a great experience. Debbie is wounderful. Came in on a budget and she managed to get a very nice car and a very nice rate for me. She got the car I really like down a few thousand for me. I recommend coming here if you are in need of a car and on a budget!!

They will mess up your paperwork, after you purchase the vehicle youll never be given any assistance with anything that may come up. You wont be asked to sign a buyers guide (legal requirement). They do have some great banks that they work through. I regret my purchase here, but I do not regret the vehicle I purchased.

Super happy with this place, had trouble getting a vehicle all over because I just started a new job and after a week and a half of every day in the office even after me working over time she stayed late and got me into a car of my own, super please! And can not thank them enough

These people sell complete utter junk. They tried to sell me a car that was 9,995 dollars. And, it had 125 k miles on the car. That was way overpriced. These people are ripoff artists! DO NOT GO HERE!!
