Jan 21, left as an employee. One month later, still had received no Cobra information with 4 Children and number 5 on the way. Called comptroller and asked about Cobra. We were advised "We sent certified to your wife," (*2nd time Spanish girl picked on) which obviously never occurred. I guess the mindset is...... all laborers are idiots....... however nothing ever signed certified. We called BC BS in February before each of 4 OBGYN and Pediatrician Appointments and was advised "Yes, indeed you are current and no Cobra needed for your appointments." We know business well and even advised BC/ BS that we were no longer part of Stivers. They showed us as active and current. We advised that we had been awaiting Cobra. Again was stated "YOU ARE ACTIVE and this is a Stivers problem. Now we are in April. We have received all bills from last 2 months, the Comptroller has resigned there, a green office worker Laura who is very rude and unprofessional is handling and is lost as a lab rat, and meanwhile my pregnant wife cant see her OBGYN because of Stivers Business office Mess. I hope all employees dont get lost in the mess upstairs like the 6 of us did. So many years of effort there and the Texas Crew comes in and represents us Montgomey folks real well. NOT. Contacted Owner for assistance. Never heard back. Service Director, Jim McCain, cares about no one and has run off any employee that has the integrity to stand up for themselves. Insults the Montgomery customer base, "how illiterate we all are," and talks down and right through everyone. The Comptroller now, Just insulted me on recording with the department of labor on a 3 way call. Do these Texas baffoons really thing "We Montgomery idiots" wont stand up for ourselves? I am Spanish with NOTHING to lose and 5 CHILDREN. I will protect my home, morals, race and solidarity to the fullest degree possible. I have her stating that "maybe one of your children checked your mail and voicemail and that is why you didnt get Cobra?"...... After all this, the departure of my husband from there had to do with a MANAGER and a OFFICE representative (same department that sends out COBRA!!!!) going out to lunch together and discussing supposed sexually related and explicit pictures that were SUPPOSEDLY on his PERSONAL cell phone. Furthermore I have never met these people in a personal way and they were gossiping to the dealership the pictures were of myself. After a month or so unbeknownst to the gossip, is when a random public figure let us know about the explicit pictures at a tennis venue. That is when the issues here started. These were complete lies that NEVER existed and the rumors made it to our students that advised US about them at a PUBLIC PARK on a SUNDAY! He (my husband) called for a witness and a meeting at Stivers the following week and had a meeting with the Service Director and the previous Comptroller. After the meeting and they hussled around looking unknowing of what to do. Time passed and they later stated the pictures were discussed at LUNCH by them (Jeff Anderson (Service manager or Jims Slave) and Angie Skaggs the office worker that started this with him during work) and they admitted it. HOWEVER the only persons left for starvation and Medicaid and welfare, are the ones that were manipulated. Myself and my husband and 5 CHILDREN! This will be posted DAILY on EVERY MAJOR platform until the powers to be come and meet us at our table. Nothing to lose here for us. WE LOST IT ALL ALREADY! Finally standing up for the little people who let big businesses, NOT EVEN LOCAL OWNERS, RUN people into the dirt that made millions for them. Nice way to treat your devout employees! Hey move another Texas person in! Us Montgomery-ians are on the "Botton of the Gene Pool?" Sound familiar Anderson? How did those pictures actually look? THEY Didnt EXIST!

This is the second time Im writing this review. They wouldnt print the first one. Bottom line is Maurice, Anthony, and Maurices manager all lied to me. First, Maurice kept me there 3hrs, to wear me and my wife out at which time they padded the bill $2900.00. Apparently it worked I didnt catch it. Maurice promised me a 5th wheel/gooseneck hitch which was the only option I was insisting on since I haul cars for a living, and Im looking to upgrade to a bigger trailer that requires a 5th wheel. I traded in my truck so I needed the truck the same day.He promised me twice that my truck was ready, it wasnt. The first time I went to pick it up when he told me it was ready it didnt have any tow package on it whatsoever. He promised me that the fuel tank would be full, it was on empty. He tried to get me to take the truck I caused a scene, and ran off two customers. I probably saved them from becoming a victim like I had been. The second time: they installed only a gooseneck. Cheated me out of my 5th wheel upgrade, I was forced to take the truck as is because they had it for almost a week costing me to lose customers and miss a weeks work.The truck is missing a filter off the degas bottle which they refuse to install. It was not detailed, tires had less than 50lbs of air, exhaust was rattling which they told me was normal for these trucks, more BS. I told them to put 80lbs air in the tires they put in 55lbs, wasted more of my time. Theyre very good at wasting a persons time. Anthony tried to stick me with a $7,066.00 dollar warranty, and a $900.00 dollar GAP policy. I signed paperwork refusing the policies he gave me no copies, and lied to me about the finance company removing the amounts from the total price of the loan. Now I have to waste more of my time getting that money removed from the loan. Every time these individuals open their mouths a lie comes out. Now Im going to lose thousands because they cheated me on the 5th wheel which is what I wanted in the first place, and Im not going to pay thousands to have one installed when Stivers was supposed to have installed it. If you want to get ripped off like I did then do business with Stivers they will oblige you. Ive bought vehicles all my life. Im 62yrs old. This is the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. Of course their rebuttal to my statement they will try to act like the innocent one, but then again thats how thieves, and liars work!

I had high expectations purchasing my car. I did my research. I already knew the car that I wanted when I got there. I had called USAA and been approved for my loan and had my trade in value quoted through them as well. I truly expected no hang ups and was very excited. Jessie Bolding greeted my husband and myself before we ever walked through the door. He was enthusiastic with a great big smile. He wanted to know how he could help. I told him I came to buy a car. He said well, lets take it for a test drive. He made us laugh and made us feel comfortable. We got inside and everything was going great until my car was assessed for trade in value. It was worth 6300, which was 5400 less than the amount quoted to me from USAA. Little did I know, it had been in three accidents, which was information the seller had not divulged to me when I purchased it two years earlier (at a different dealership) I was crushed and started crying. Shawn Blue came over to talk to me. He could see I was upset and wanted to know why. I explained it was nothing done there. I explained to me that I was so disappointed because I really wanted the car and I felt deceived by the seller. Shawn told me that I was approved for the loan and that the car would be mine at a price that would be affordable. I gave him my idea payment and he said it would happen. Because it was late Saturday evening and I had approval, but it was too late to speak to anyone at Ford Credit, I got to drive the car home as a test drive. I had to come back to Montgomery Tuesday for job training. I finished up the paperwork on Tuesday. I met Steve Rolff, Jackie Banks and Tim Dickerson. Jackie came to Clanton (40 miles) to let my husband sign the paperwork. You have wonderful employees. Today is Thursday, July 30th, and Jessie Bolding called me today to see how I like my car and to ask if I had any questions about how it operates. He said if I needed anything to let him know. The people at Stivers have treated me better than family. They treated me like an old friend. They listened to my needs, comforted me when I was upset, and went out of the way to help. I have never been treated like that at a car dealership until now. I have already recommended your company. I told several people in the office today of how great the experience was. Thanks again. I am the proud owner of a green Ford Fiesta.
