Quality clothes and merchandise however they the same pitiful checkout times Sears does. 10 people in line with one person at the kiosk is pure ridiculousness. My wife put down her purchases and didnt bother with waiting 20...30 minutes in line

Quality items at reasonable prices. However, the card readers went down during their Black Friday sales for almost an hour and they didnt let you know until after you stood in line waiting and got to the counter. :(
