Very small mall with few stores. Theres a lot of unused retail space. This mall has one book store (Books-a-Million) a Bath and Body Works, a jewelry store, a Claires, a Best Buy Mobile, a Hot Topic, two or three shoe stores, a typical (but small) assortment of womens clothing stores, a Victorias Secret, a nail salon, a Texas Roadhouse, JC Penny, Dillards, an ever withering Sears, a few kiosks, and thats about it. Store turnover is fairly high, so if youre reading this more than a few months after I wrote it theres a decent chance my store list is incorrect. The mall is clean, rarely crowded, well lit, and parking is decent. Theres a little play area and a few paid attractions for kids. There isnt a food court, but theres the aforementioned Texas Roadhouse, a cookie kiosk, and I dont remember if the Chinese restaurant is still operating or not. My listing above isnt intended to be taken as a complete store listing. Im just trying to give you an idea of what you will find there.

If theres a recession going on, it doesnt show at Green Tree Mall. The place is always packed when I visit. Of course, that could be a bad thing if you dont like crowds. Crowds usually mean one of two things at a mall - (1) it has become a teen hangout or (2) the mall is attracting lots of shoppers. For GTM, it is the latter. Oh sure there are still groves of teens... after all... it IS a mall. But overall, I saw lots of families out spending their day and dollars. Shopping malls have already had their heyday, but this one is doing well. Although, I do feel this mall has been a little neglected. It has all the right stores to keep folks coming in, but it needs an update... a refresh. The decor is outdated. (Not dirty - just outdated) Also, the anchor stores are small and single level. I truly feel this mall could expand (out or up) and do very well. This mall has your typical chain stores that youd expect at a mall. No more or less. And it works.

I just received a email and heads up about your Mall. It seems two Service members had gone there in uniform to eat lunch. They were escorted and told they could not be there by your security. It was believed they were there to recruit personnel into the service. when, however, they were there to eat lunch. You and your staff should be going out of your way to honor these people. I have been in the service for over 18 years and have never heard of such bullshit coming from the American people. Especially coming from your employees where usually that type of business is Customer Service. I will get the word out to never shop at this mall every again, especially those in the miilitary. Shame on your Staff.

Its pretty much the only option for a mall in Clark county Indiana, but I find myself going to St. Mathews and Oxmoor mall across the bridge in Louisville for more clothing/food options. Im picky though. If you plan on eating at Texas Roadhouse its usually busy so get your buzzer asap to get the wait over with. The Dillards here pissed me off when I tried to bring back over $200 dollars worth of clothes and was a day past the 30 day bull$hit with receipts. I ended up taking them to Salvation army. JCPenny will order stuff for you and not be able to cancel it? Sometimes sending it to the wrong address. I love the Spencers here and the mall food is good overall.

I am from Louisville and the Geeentree Mall is very different from the malls in Louisville. Too many teens working there and that is a huge customer service no-no. They act as if you are bothering them if you ask them a question, like they are just there to ring you up and not assist you in any other way. The Sears store is the worst I have ever been in period and now that it is closing, its gotten worse. Not all the store are like this but the bad out way the good.

I was having a fun night in the Mall, and I went into this store called Spencers to purchase some of my favorite rappers T-shirts and a poster. The back of the store is pretty interesting, for everyone that doesnt know they sell adults items and things in the back of the store and we had a good laugh and experience. Overall, it is a cool store to buy T-shirts and other items ;) lmao

The menswear department of jcpenney is the messiest store I have ever seen, but they had everything I needed and some good sales. You have to look very hard because things are every where. It literally looks like a tornado has gone through. I mostly dont mind but I feel like it did take longer than I would have liked because I had to look harder for everything.

This mall was at its peak in the 70s. Now it is just a quiet mall in a large metro area. It was recently remodeled and is clean and well kept. It is quiet place to walk. There arent many places to eat, the DQ recently closed. Only the Texas Roadhouse is a real sit-down casual dining place. It usually makes a comeback each year for the Christmas shopping season.

I wish it wasnt, but this mall is struggling. Theres high vacancies, and its tied to a Sears thats probably about to close. Lewis and Clark parkway used to be a pretty hopping place, but slowly its kind of becoming a mix match of thrift stores, vape shops, pawn shops, and fast food. If youre thinking about driving out of your way for it, just dont bother.

Definitely not the best mall Ive been to but Its not the worst either. There are some pretty interesting stores - like Razz Matazz - and they have the mainstream ones too - JCPenny, Dillards, Claires, Hot Topic, etc. The building itself is pretty run down and there are quite a few empty stores but I think that may be due to the not-so-great location

Plainly stated this isnt what it used to be and not even close. Since in-person retail seems to be down at online seems to be rising this mall has been going downhill for few years. Its quite a shame too because this mall used to be much better quality than what it is now. There used to be a lot more quality stores to shop at

They are trying to come back. Bringing in a few more anchor stores. Need a better food selection. Disappointing that they have driven away Game Stop. They should work closer with building local small businesses. Rent is pretty high. Should look at profit sharing rental agreements with small companies so they grow and prosper.

Not going to this mall again. Did not include many stores that I like to go to. The ones that it did have were cramped and poorly represented. Ended up leaving empty handed after 4 hours of trying to find something. And the food court sucks. I will drive the extra distance to go to the Jefferson Mall next time.

Several stores. They are growing and stores are always moving or leaving. Not sure whats going. You could find your general mall requests. If you are looking for something in particular you may want to check out mall Saint Mathews in Louisville Ky. They have a few campuss and so many stores.
