First off, GREAT JOB on turning this course around. I lived in Brownsburg 7 years ago and lived there 3 years and played West Chase a couple of times and pretty much decided I would never go back. The course condition back then was horrible for the price they charged. Had a cross pollination problem in the fairways that only got worse, staff was extremely rude and clearly wanted nothing to do with treating guests with respect in kindness to at the very least make golfers feel welcome considering they knew the course was no where near what it could be. You guys have done amazing work and turning it back into a beautiful course that is well manicured and greens well taken care of. I only recall one spot on the front 9 that had cross pollination in the fairway. Those things take time and what youve done in only a couple short years is impressive. Dont let the front 9 fool you into thinking its an open course with big greens and kind of wide fairways, the front 9 is tough. Lots of hazards (sand, water and tall grass) well positioned to make you hit straight and good distance control, especially on approach shots. The back 9 is my favorite. Lots of big elevation changes and all the same hazards with the addition of a LOT more trees. Really enjoyed the course. That being said I have one kinda major issue and one minor. Major being the clubhouse staff. Now the morning I played was in mid to late September and early morning, So only one person working in the clubhouse, While he wasnt hateful he was kinda rude. Zero eye contact at the counter when I was asked my last name and tee time. I asked if the course was still pretty wet, his immediate response was "90 degree rule". Offered no info on the course (no way of him knowing I had played there before 8 years prior) even when asked pin position. Our fault that we had a guy that would make it 10 min before tee time, he had never been there before and thought quail creek down the road is where we were, bad directions on my part. But he seemed pretty annoyed when another guy in my group told him our buddy went to the wrong course would be here in just a few min (next booked time was 20 min after us). He was bringing range balls out to the range for an outing later in the day while I putting. I made the comment that I thought it was pretty cool they brought them out in pyramid shape, had a good appearance on the range. His response was "gravity". Thats it. Our buddy showed up and went straight to the clubhouse and he called us since obviously no one in there, seeing he was setting range balls out. So we let him know he was up there and he said "oh now hes up there" then continued on for another 5 min and then went to the clubhouse. I dont mind he continued to finish on the range. We should of been more dilligent on getting everyone there earlier. But the general responses were unnecessary. Now the minor I will keep much shorter. Wish the fall rates were lower than $38. Summer rates are definitely fair. But fall rates are lil high in my opinion. I like playing a lot of the top ranked courses in the state. Especially in the fall. I have more free time on weekends then. I know of a couple of top tier courses that are $8-$10 cheaper this time of year. Im playing one on Saturday for $25 its top 6 and may be coming to play west chase Sunday. Undecided at the moment. But all in all. I love what you are doing with the course

If I could give this a zero star, I would. My brother had his wedding here and it was the absolute worst experience ever. The staff was extremely rude. We paid for a cleaning crew and they refused to clean up a spill and made my mother do it. They lied to us when we came and viewed the venue. They promised us the moon and then once the money was paid and the contract was sign everything was a different story. We first encountered this venue at the brownsburg bridal expo. I have strongly urged them to not allow this vendor to come and bait brides with scenic views and terrible over priced service with rude staff. If you want a terrible stressful wedding day please, by all means, book here.

The course was okay, it was the staff and patrons that disappointed us. I dont know if this used to be a private course and now isnt, but it has that air. To begin our round the boy working acted annoyed to wait on us and totally perturbed that we didnt know where hole one was and still didnt give us clear direction. The other players glared and never spoke or waved back. The only friendly people we encountered were the grounds men and the girl in the bar. Its a shame to have so many snobby people on a course. Weve played courses all over and have 2 children that played college golf and have never encountered such a thing. Its a shame really.

Got snobs? West Chase Golf Club certainly does! My husband and I along with his son golf twice a week and enjoy trying new courses.....this is one we will not go back to. We barely had our clubs out of the car and felt very unwelcome there. With rain on the way I felt that the manager used it as an excuse to have us leave. He offered a 9 hole rain check to replace our 18 hole purchase....stating "I know what you paid on GolfNow". WOW

Like the track, back 9 especially. Significant improvement over the past couple of years. Really worth playing. Not the same course it was in 2013/2014. Even some of the traps, as much as I hate sand, were much nicer (if sand can be nice). They tell me the traps are schedule to for re-hab incrementally, makes sense.

Not exactly a bargain of a course. The actual layout of the course is probably the best in the area but a couple floods and poor maintenance have taken a toll on the course in recent years. They are charging more than it is worth at this point, although still has some of the toughest and most fun holes in the area.
