I ordered a handful of shirts from Underground Printing as a gift for some dear friends. Not only did the shirts turn out much better than I expected but my interaction with Amity and the rest of the team was nothing but amazing. They checked in with me every step of the way, reviewing ever step, insuring that I was getting what I wanted. They suggested options and addons but it felt like they were just trying to help me realize my design better. I never felt pushed, pressured, or like I was getting a hard sell. There was not a single step in the process where I felt frustrated, confused, or out of touch with exactly what was happening. The follow up after the shirts were delivered (exactly on the day/time they promised) was wonderful. They checked in with me and made sure I got them and that I was happy with them. From the beginning of my design and ordering process to weeks after they were delivered to me I have been treated like a VIP. They pricing is extremely competitive and Id willingly pay a little more for the quality of the service and the incredible customer service and experience.

I was originally working with another company. I switched to UGP real quick for a few reasons. One, they work with student organization accounts which helped out tremendously for our club in payment and even offered us an extension on payment for our particular circumstance of a fundraiser. Two, Madison was extremely helpful every step of the way from accepting artwork to receiving the shirts way ahead of schedule. I loved her honesty and knew I could trust her with shirt material, color, sizes, and designs. Three, she knew how particular I was with the designs, and even anticipated my reaction to one of the designs not being the right contrast, to which I was met with a discount without asking. Four, she was in contact with the licensing people of both Notre Dame and Indiana and was able to make our original designs work, and she even offered a 10% discount to offset the royalties fee! All in all, it was a very stress-free experience of ordering 100 shirts and I will most definitely be back. A huge thanks to Madison!

What a mess. Underground took a long time to finally produce a proof for a custom T-shirt order, and included an estimate for the cost at the same time. Their store personnel refused to deal with us face to face in the store, we were repeatedly told, "just send us an email".... so communication was always indirect and very slow. When we were ready to place our order, the "final proof" had reverted back to an old design we used a year ago, not the new design theyd already had in their hands for weeks. When we finally made it clear to them theyd made a mistake, they corrected it, but then claimed there would be an up-charge for some printing elements, despite those things being explicitly included in their original cost estimate. NEVER AGAIN! Lousy customer service, lousy communication, unprofessional interactions. We will be more than happy to give their competitors our money next time around.

I had some promotional shirts made here when they first opened. The store manager went out of her way to ensure that I had exactly what I wanted. She is always available and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. As for products, I have yet to find something that I cannot have on order and ready to give to clients in no time! I have checked a few other local places to get things printed, and none of them were able to deliver a superior product in a short time. Some of them didnt even seem to care that they had potential customers in front of them. Never the case at Underground Printing!

My basketball team needed some custom jerseys made for the league we were playing in. I walked in at 5:30pm on a Tuesday, spoke with Ali, the store manager, and within 20 minutes she had helped me create the perfect design for our shirts. She knew exactly what I wanted, and she helped me choose cost-efficient options without sacrificing the overall appearance of the shirt. 8 individualized t-shirts were completed and ready to be picked up by the following Monday. The quality is terrific and the design is original and fun. Thank you UGP, Ill definitely be back for any other printing needs!

The staff at UGP make you feel like family. I have worked with them several times both for personal use (fun tailgating shirts, Little 5 wear) and for school related things (dance team warm ups and bags.) UGP has always been honest with me about pricing and availability and has worked very hard to ensure my products look great, cost little and are on time. I recommend EVERYONE to use UGP for their screen printing and embroidery needs. Theyre the fairest deal in all of B-Town and have all the licensing you need to make your IU wear the best it can be!

I have had custom shirts printed by a few different companies, and Underground Printing is absolutely the best. They have done 3 orders for me making over 50 shirts, and every one of them was exactly to my specifications and of great quality. They even sold me shirts made of excellent hemp fabric at an unbeatable price. All of the staff members were great to work with, particularly Ali and Kelcie who helped me create what are now my favorite shirts. Underground Printing has my highest recommendations. I will gladly do business with them again.

I had a great experience at UGP, especially compared to other companies my organization has used in the past. My representative was in frequent contact with me throughout the entire process, updating me on deadlines and allowing me to review and make changes to the design. My order was ready by the deadline originally given to me despite making a change in the design. Communication via email also made it easy to review information given to me and worked around my inconsistent schedule.

I began ordering at UGP-Bloomington when they first opened shop on campus--I used them for merchandise for my sorority and other campus organizations and continue to call Ali to place orders for various groups I work with- now 4 years after graduating. They have great products and prices, the design team will help make a bare-bones sketch into beautiful artwork to print and the turn around time is fabulous. Everyone loves the merchandise we print with UGP!

Ali and Kaitlyn were great, its been years since Ive done any sort of apparel ordering so I had lots of questions. I used a POGO Cart because I had many people that wanted to order that lived outside of Bloomington. It worked great! Those people even got their shirts before I was able to pick the others up at the store! The quality of the print and clothing was good too. I will definitely use UGP again.

I really appreciated the patient assistance that I received throughout the process of selecting a shirt and preparing to submit the artwork to be printed on the shirts. There was a lot of back and forth over email, but they answered all my questions in detail. I especially appreciated Madisons personalized attention. She sent me reminders just when I needed them!
