You can find some great deals and the staff is friendly & helpful. One thing I think the Goodwill stores should change though is that a gift card bought at a different GW store in another area should be accepted at ALL Goodwill stores. Not the staffs fault per se, just a flawed policy of the company. I received a GW gift card for Christmas from a friend in the Indy area and could not use it at the Bedford store. Its the same corporation so a card bought at any location should be valid at any GW store regardless of the location.

I Believe Goodwill has gone greedy. For half empty bottle of Bath and body works lotion they wanted 3.99. Seriously lol! I can go right across the street to Bath and body works and pay 2.50 for a brand new one. Good will is way too high. Someone needs to start up a less greedy thrift store

This is my hometown Goodwill store, and I love shopping there. The staff members and managers are friendly and helpful. Some of the prices are a bit high for my taste, but the other southern Indiana stores (like Bloomington) are even higher. Its still a bargain!
