Stopped in with a coupon for twenty cents off a gallon. Went in to prepay to a lady who I believed to be in charge...... I explained that I would like to fill my tank and wanted to know how I could do this using the coupon..... Manager was rude and stated that "this is prepay and I couldnt just fill the tank up...... very rudely!!! I asked why I cant just pay more and after I fill the tank then come in for a refund if it was less. Again sarcastically "oh okay we can do that! Paid $35 went out to pump..... and it would not work. Went back in and she said well you didnt tell me you wanted the higher octane, I just assumed that is what you wanted. Unprofessional service. She should not be in a position of authority. Wheres the customer service?? Retrain her or fire her!!
