Approximately 90% of the time, the pharmacy staff is completely incompetent, with each staff member having a different answer to the same, simple question regarding a medication and its status. The other 10% of the time, its purely luck of everything being ready to where questions neednt be asked and their competency isnt assessed. As for the store, the the overhead lights are so blindingly fluorescent and bright that a headache is guaranteed without sunglasses.

I waited around 40min because they could not get authorization from my inssurance company. I called my insurance company (blue cross) and they said that the staff was Incompetent.
