very unprofessional!!! I called looking for a shop manual, Bob said his little auto zone speech the asked "How can I help you" I told him what I needed and he said he will look it up for me, he put me on hold. Another guy picked up the phone and asked how can I help you, I said Bob was looking it up for me. He told me he was helping another customer. WHY ASK HOW CAN I HELP YOU IF YOUR NOT GOING TO HELP ME????

Sam there is fabulous - they honored a warranty on a new alternator we had put in this summer, which died 2 months later (it was installed by a mechanic in Ohio) saving us $260. Thank you auto zone! West Automotive in elmhurst is also awesome, they installed the new alternator for us today.
