This complaint is regarding the Take Care Clinic inside this Walgreens, so I am not complaining about the store, or the pharmacy. I had the worst experience ever at the St. Charles, IL Take Care Clinic. So today I go to the Walgreen Care Clinic to get my daughter her chicken pox booster. So I wait for an 1 hour and 45 mins with ONE person in front of us (I think she took an hour lunch between there). After walking around Walgreens with 2 small kids for an 1 hour and 45 mins I finally see the Assistant walking to the desk. I tell her that I have been waiting for 1 hr and 45 mins, and she only needs the shot. This woman verbally attacks me...I am not even kidding when I say, leaning over, red face, yelling at me..."I am ONLY ONE PERSON! I refuse to give you a shot. Get out of MY clinic!" The first thought was to call the police, I seriously didnt know what to do. So, I begged her, (this was all in front of 10 people who were waiting for prescriptions, etc) literally, "No, please, please," I said.."Please we have been waiting so long." Although, I knew I wasnt be genuine, it got her in. But, she seriously made me cry..I was crying I was so upset, which is not something I really ever do. She called her in, took 30 seconds to give her the shot. She handed me the paper, and I told her to never ever talk to me like that again. She proceeded to tell me to "Get out of MY clinic." I will not stop until something happens with my complaint..ever.

The customer service at this store is horrible! Twice I tried to get prescriptions filled here. Both times I waited in the store for my prescriptions. The first time I waited a half hour before they told me that they didnt have the drug in stock. The second time I waited in the store for an hour. I watched everyone else get their prescriptions and waited for them to page me. I finally asked the person behind the counter and he said "Oh, they didnt tell you we dont have the drug in stock?" They left me there for an hour waiting!!!!! I asked for my prescription back and at first they couldnt find it and then finally gave it back to me because I said I would try somewhere other than another Walgreens. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE!!!!!!

I rarely EVER do reviews but this is a complaint about the pharmacy. I have been picking up my prescriptions there for 6+ years and lately Im extremely disappointed with the customer service. Twice now I have pulled up to the drive thru past 9pm to pick up my prescription (they close at 10) and no one has been at the window to help me. I have to go inside and this is an inconvenience. Id also like to complain that multiple times the pharmacist who rings me out always bipasses entering my phone number for reward points, even when Im prepared to key in the numbers.

THIS ISNT A "WALK-IN" CLINIC. A very confusing visit to the clinic. We arrived at 6:40. The posted hours said theyre open until 7. The door was closed and no clinic staff around. Filled out paperwork. At 7:10 two clinicians walked out of the exam room with a patient. I was told that they wouldnt see my child, who had an obvious infection, because they close at 7, and that I could make an appointment, but it should be for 5:00 or earlier the next day, even though they close at 7. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS???

Called for refill on medication. Still not ready (3) days later. Called my doctor and found that the prescription was never even called in from Walgreens pharmacy. Staff is typically rude, and usually appears annoyed to be servicing customers.

This pharmacy has very poor customer service. The staff is rude. They have a bad attitude about them. Answering questions is a hassle, and they are overall extremely unhelpful.
