I am an avid shopper with j crew factory; but mostly use the website. I ventured into the store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! Great selection, and they were having a 50% off er deals during the weekend I was there, so the store was packed. The being said, the staff was attentive and helpful. When I went to check out I had brought a few items to return that were bought online. It was seamless! No questions asked on an item that was final sale. I also bought a jacket that was in the 50% off section. Initially I was told at the checkout it was only 20% off. After showing the manager clearly this was in this section, he was quick to make a the wrong right and I received the 50% off. Excellent customer service, great selection, and wonderful staff. Will be a long time shopper here.
