Called in for a part for my car and was put on hold. I waited 10 minutes before someone else answered and asked what I wanted (not sure what happened to the first person). The part itself costed more than the part with extra assembly! When I asked why this was the lady said she had no idea and put absolutely no effort to figure it out. The whole conversation felt rushed and the lady seemed generally uninterested with my request. I will be sure to avoid this unprofessional location in the future!

Whenever I go there sales personal acts like Im an inconvenience if I need a part looked up. Only reason I evet go is if its my last resort. Keep an eye on your receipt as they ring purchases up wrong... wish I could negative star them..

Helpful and friendly staff, clean facility with a good selection of the most popular parts. Hard to get in and out of their parking lot since it doesnt have direct access to Weber Road. You have to enter north or south of the facility.

The customer service here is awesome! The black guy name zollie is a true asset to autozone. I have never experienced bad service or any employee with a bad attitude. One must realize that this is a part store not Macys!
