The 6 disc cd radio in my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP went out and i needed to replace it.So i called a GM dealer and they wanted $947 for the radio plus installation which was an outrageous amount of money considering an aftermarket radio would be cheaper.I tried ABC and they had a used OEM GM radio in stock for $125.I went in and the salesman at the front desk was very helpful and even explained to me that radio was tested,was in good working condition,and came with a 101 Day Warranty (extended warranties are available since this is a used part).He even told me what i needed to to do to install it myself .In the end I saved over $822 dollars and have not had any problems since.I would recommend anyone looking to save time and money to try ABC Auto Parts first.

I called ABC after looking on Ebay and they had sufficiently raised their prices on a transmission. Had done a diagnostic with a mechanic and knew the pricing was extreme. ABC has never failed as far as having parts at a reasonable price...so IDK WHY I hadnt come here first. RICHARD handled my purchase for the transmission via the phone and the trans was ready as promised. I guess for the core return, he believed I was joking when I said I wasnt bringing it back.....I dont intend on returning that piece refund or not because it doesnt work.....Richard was a great person to deal with via the phone and in person. So if youre looking for a part for your car, whether a trunk lock, alternator, transmission, etc. If you can come to ABC AUTO PARTS.

Spent 40min for them to look for a rim for my car just to tell me they had to order it and it will be there the next and that they will call me when the part got in. Well, I had to call to check on it twice , then they call me back and say we dont have it and they could order or I could pay more for a new rim. Well the lady said they just took 1 off let me look it up and either me or you rep will call you back. Now mind you I paid for this up front you would think they would keep me updated. I shouldnt have to call them 3 times to get this resolved. And still havent received a call back.

The gentleman that answered the phone didnt get my information right because he was talking to someone else while on the phone with me, I ended up driving all the way up there n they didnt have my part because he looked up the wrong car. If he tooked the time to pay attention to what I asked for I would have not drove up there for nothing, but the other gentlemen apologize to me, I would visit again, but they need to understand, that the customers are valuable n they have to pay attention to our needs...one mistakewont keep me from coming back, but being unprofessional will......

l needed a drivers side window for my 1999 ford E150 econoline van I called Aaron auto glass and was quoted a price of $82.00 tax and installation (with them coming to my house doing the work on site, talk about convienent), included on a new window (they were out of used). Trying to save a buck I called ABC and was quoted $102.00 for used glass and then asked if I wanted to pay extra and have them to install. ABC OFTEN HAS THE PARTS BUT THE PRICE IS A MAJOR RIP OFF. 9/9/2016 richard one of the guys on the from desk is sucks... i spend abt a hour yesterday. Just to looking on the bumper. I can back this morning to buy it. So another hour just to looking it again... i tell him the i going to buy it.he said its going to take. Like two hours. To take it off. I come back after over 2 hours. And bumper still on the car... now i late to pick my kidz. And go to work. No one on the from desk. Know to be a profeccional.

There were cordial and very easy to do business with. Louis, Steve, Fred, Sandra, Rosa all made my experience there very pleasant. And I spent $500 plus. They still saved me over $100. Cha-Ching!! Once I finally got someone to answer the phone they were rude and rushed my questions. I was given another number to call and when I eventually asked for the address I was only given the cross streets, how am I supposed to put that in google maps so I can find the place?!
