Very rude customer service bought a A/C compressor and had it installed. Part was defected and the shop wrote on the receipt giving details of why the part was defected. I contacted that autozone and talked to the store manager Chris who told me to come in that Saturday, when i called in Saturday i asked to speak to Chris, was told Chris was out of town but to still bring the air compressor for my money return. When i get there they told me they dont know who told me that but Chris is the only person that can do a return and was very rude. Finally i was able to talk to Chris he told me to come in saturday and i can receive my return, i get there Saturday again Chris took a look at me and said let me take a look at it, he examined the compressor and told me well he cant give me my money back because doesnt know if the part is in fact a defective part i then presented the the statement from the repair shop stating what the problem was with the compressor he then said i was lying that it was nothing wrong with the part i then asked him to call the shop he called them and they told him everything i explain +more Chris off the phone and said he still dont believe it because i probably knew them. It was like he was saying that because Im black my word or others dont matter because Im African American the whole staff treated me like i was a bum on the streets. It sad (Blacklivesmatter)

I cant believe this BS, its taken me well over a week and almost 300 dollars spent to finish a simple job because of employee incompetence. I dont want to sound sexist and I am not but Im tired of dealing with women in the auto industry. You clearly dont work on cars, never have, never will and your experience is tied to retail. This isnt basic retail you cant describe clothes and food the same way you describe auto parts. People need to know what they are talking about or it can lead to serious financial and mechanical failures. It has taken 3 different visits to 2 different autozones to just acquire the right parts for a simple suspension job. Once again dont mean to be sexist but never had this problem with ordering from a man on the phone. Just in the way women cant and shouldnt be cops or firefighters you cant work on cars. Thanks for making me immobile for well over a week because you cant click the right button on a computer. Left means left and right means right. Company should be paying for the replacement parts not me because of employee stupidity.

Great 1 stop shop for automotive needs. Staff is very knowledgeable also. It was nice to know that they have a military discount here. Overall, its a great place to shop.

I prefer the Zone to OReillys. Better selection . Better people. AutoZone is way cleaner. Prices are better. More of a selection.
