Horrible service and they sell damaged equipment. Save yourself the trouble much better and cheaper options out there for new and used games. Bought two used Xbox 1s both were defective. The second one they tried refusing my return and had to speak with a manager because the staff became very rude. Amazon for used games Best Buy for new and disc reply for trade ins.

Went in to the store to pick up black ops 3 and black ops 2 for the 360 reverse compatibility and the salesman sold me the wrong product for black ops 3. Called to talk to the manager and he said basically my fault and I can"t return and I can"t trade it in. Never will I buy a product from GAMESTOP STORES OR AFFILIATES. YOU LOST A 18 YEAR CUSTOMER.

Visited this location to pick up an old ps2. I called ahead to verify that it was in stock, when I got there the price was different than what I was quoted on the phone. Amber was very helpful and she ended up giving me the price I was quoted. Very pleasant experience!
