I had an awkward experience with an employee who was innapropiate. The store is very dirty. Gum on the floor, garbage, products are all over my place. Politely, I gave friendly advice that the shop would be kept cleaner. This was to give a customer based suggestion, as customer feedback helps business. The clerk got very I uncomfortable. I had lef my keys there and they held them for me But then, an employee asked "Do you have a job?" I asked, "why do you want to know?" His reply was "no reason." I feel my rights as a customer were violated. It was unprofessional to ask personal questions of a customer. They also gave me the wrong game.

Place Rips You off. Bought a game for 50 and tried to return it the next day. They would only give me $16 back. Other stores gave me a gift card for 50 instead of an entire RIP OFF!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I was trying to get farcry 4 for the Xbox 360, and the lady couldnt find it, then she tried to sell me farcry3, and the "DLC" for an extra 20$. Ridiculous
