In my experience, gamestop is hit or miss. Like the other locations Ive been to, chances are youll get either an extremely helpful and knowledgeable employee, or one thats arrogant and seems to have some kind of beef with you. Regardless, if you want to browse videogames, this is the best physical location to do so.

One of the bigger Gamestops in the area. Some staff are knowledgeable, some arent. Difficult to find at first since its hidden in an almost abandoned shopping center, parking lot is also covered in GIANT potholes. I still prefer this one vs. the other one in Crystal Lake.

I called to see if they had a game and the guy seemed VERY rude he hung up on me and I was not very happy this store is fine if you know what you want but try to go to the other gamestops before this one!

Very rude to my wife, who was walking on crutches. Had a box for Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the shelf, but it turned out they were sold out. Avoid this store.
